Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring on & including hard wood battens, surface conduit and board/blocks etc or through conduits for light , socket or power point ,fan point complete incl fitting such as switches ,sockets, ceiling rose , holder socket, light fitting, regulators and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor , ceiling etc and removing materials (other than those for which credit has been given by the contractor) to the MES stores yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with approved colour code multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade, two run of single core cable for phase & neutral and one run of single core multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly in existing conduit terminated on and including new modular sunken box and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface flush with wall , comprising of One light /bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch &fan regulator, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate is inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces by provding by wall putty/POP after mason work and finshing to match the original surface and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii)Unit rate is inclusive of cutting chases in wall /foor/PCC for sunken box and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the original and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Taking down carefully old copper or aluminium sub main wiring of any Nos of wiring and size with earth wire on wooden batten/ surface conduit/ casing- capping complete with its all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall , floors etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm (nominal area), 1100 Volt grade(with approved colour coding as per IS) with and including continuous earth wire of size 6 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade , and connected to main board drawing through PVC concealed conduit after taking out old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces by wall putty/POP after mason work and finshing to match the original finishes ,all as specified and directed. Note : (i) For the purpose of measurement, 3 runs ( Phase, neutral and earth) of single core 06 sqmm cable shall be considered as 1 running metre. (ii) Cutting chases and PVC conduit will be measured and paid separately

Disconnecting the power supply and taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards fittings and fixtures such as DBs, Junction Box, Panels of any size complete with all MCCB's ,MCB's etc and removing from site, all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of presast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009), complete including dismantling of old earthing, all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

LED secuirty light 25 watt LED with lens and water/ weather proof powder coated high pressure dia cast housing with IP-66 built- in control driver, aluminium reflector, heat resistant toughened clear glass, connector block, surge protection with 25 watt LED lamp fixed on ceiling/pole/wall/ with fixing arrangement fixed with nuts bolts and 1.5 sqmm 3 core flexible wire from ceiling rose to light fitting ,complete including taking down old security light fitting any type, all as specified and directed .

Surface mounted LED porch down light in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser 5 watt capacity white light,fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Sheet metal enclosure of size 900 x 600 x 200mm with locking arrangement and having 4 No's of glass windows of size 75 x 150mm on front side for checking meter readng , including taking down of energy meter from existing position and refixing in sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed.
