Taking down existing roof treatment including Cement plaster of any discription complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm mm graded stone aggregate as in Padding conrete, roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges work complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in -charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement to have a smooth surface for laying of water proofing membrane and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surfaces with industrial bitumen 85/25, @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @ 0.5 litre/Sq.m. by gas flame torch application and cleaning surfaces, applying evenly a tack coat/primer of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 2 coats Aluminium paint over Water Proofing Treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Removing of debries any description obtained from demolition beyond the lead included in the rates including loading unloading to a distance not exc 500m out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of accoustic proof AMF type diesel engine driven generating set fully wired, 415V, +5%, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, Engine as per IS:10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 having capacity 10 KVA continous rating power factor 0.8 (lagging), connecting as per IE rules and mounted on a common base plate with anti vibration pad all as specified and directed. The DG set shall comprise of following :-

(A) Diesel Engine - The engine should be three cylinder inline,liquid cooled, turbocharged cooler, developing 14 HP @ 1500 RPM, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 strandard. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB -IV+ norms Make - CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR/ CROMPTON GREAVES.

(B) Alternator, The alternator shall be designed for an output of 10 KVA suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 3 Ph in SPDP enclosure, self exicted & self- regulated, Brush less, floor mounted with roller on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS : 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. Make;- KIRLOSKAR/ ALSTOM/STAMFORD/JYOTI/ CROMPTON GREAVES.

(C) Electric system : The electric system of the starter motor and charging alternator shall have the following components:- (i) Charging alternator 12V, DC (ii) Voltage regulator built in type IC regulated (iii) Starter motor 12 volts DC (iv) Battery 12 volts DC and capacity 45 AH 01 nos with one set of connecting leads of 35 Sqmm size copper cable.

(D) Fuel tank (Service tank) : The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold 85 ltrs capacity and shall be inlducing fuel level indicator duly marked to read 10 ltrs per division fuel line from tank to engine arrangement for fuel filling fuel drain out facility etc. compelte all as specified.

Notes for Item No. 3 & 4 a) Design and drawings of the DG set shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM & compile as per Sch A. The same shall be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. (b) Comissioning of the DG will be done by OEM service and at the time of comissioning minimun 25 % fuel to be present in tank for testing purpose and cost of same to be included in the quoted unit rate. (c) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same.

(d) 05 sets of design and drawings to be submitted along with a copy to the Accepting Officer after obtaining the approval of GE. (e) Amount of foundation to be included in the quoted unit rate, No extra payment will be paid to contractor in this regard. (f) The generating set shall be tested for a period not less than 12 hours continuously out of which at least one hour each on No load and 25% load, two hours each on 50% and 75% of rated full load, six hours on rated full load and two hours on 10% in excess of rated full load. Necessary load shall be arranged by contractor artificial loads. All instruments consumables stores like engine oil, grease, DHPP etc and appliances for artificial load required for carrying out the test including manpower shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to have been included in the quoted rates.

S&F Change over switch with enclosure of capacity 160 Amp 4 pole for properly fixing including S&Fsuitable rating / size lugs, cutting chasis and making good to distrubed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with Four run single core 10 sqmm (for phase and neutral) and Two run single core 10 sqmm (for earth wire) (ie 6 X 10 Sq mm) with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia concealed wiring through wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc including conduit accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: (i) The disturbed surfaces shall be made good with existing surface including finishes with existing colour painting as applicale. (i) Four different color wires shall be used for phase and neutral . (iii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles . (iv) Six run of 10.0 Sqmm cable, and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit. (v) Cutting chasis and painting of disturbed surface is deemed to include in the rate. Make of cable:- Finlex/Poly cab/ Asian. Make of PVC conduit : Avon plast/ Kon seal / Garware.

M&L 32mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.

M&L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core onnecting with proper size aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel all as per site requirement , testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for taking up / laying cable etc and getting out for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading riddled earth as obtained from item No. 06.00 here-in-before in cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level , with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below gr ound level connected with and incl GI wire 4 mm mm size including refilling with alternate 5 layers of charcoal (250 Kg) & salt crystal (200 Kg ) and top two inches layers with Back filling compound (100 Kg),” and including 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts, bolts, washers and necessary earth work upto 7.5 mtr and connecting to test point, LT Switchgear etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC Cover with 6 mm dia MS bars 10 cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in elecrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt- I including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:-The rates quoted is inclusive of galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm conductor upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit, necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. .
