M & L for point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size(two run with colour code RYB) for one light point ,fan point, exhaust fan point,or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm (as continous earth wire Green)multistrand PVC concealed conduit of approved size and quality ISI marked,including all other required accessories as specified in preamable 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'point wiring' fixedon wall/ceiling including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch,sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting,chasing,pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plaster and matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

S & F in replacement of tube light fitting box type suitable for LED 18W/20W Tube Rod with decorative colour and cap made out of CRCA sheet powder coated complete with housing with all accessories pre and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting including 18/20W LED tube rod 4 feet long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Exhaust fan size 450 mm sweep heavy duty Steel body complete with louvers and all fixing accessories including making hole in wall comptete fixing arrangement in any condition and connection complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Sheet metal enclosure for DB,s, double door (when MCB,s to be used) single pole & neutral 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar 240 volts with fixing arrangements including taking down ICDP/DB's any type including taking down of kitkat fuse/MCB SPN/SP as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB single pole and nuetral 6 to 40 Amps, 240 volts complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB single pole 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts all as spd and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections including cleat angle, powder coated aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling fixed with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site.

M & L clean sawn second class soft-wood in frame work scantlings or frame work for false ceiling including dismantling all as specified and directed

M & l 4 mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework with nails or screws including dismantling of board fixed in repair all as specified and directed

M & L second class soft wood exc 3sqcm not exc 6sqcm Plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or screws and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer in repair including dismantling all as specified and directed

M&L Flush pointing to brick /Stone walls in cement mortar 1:3 etc all as specified.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in weep holes etc

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in PCC bonders set in CM 1:6 all as spd and directed.
