Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth whell roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405.By manual means

Providing and applying tack coat with Bituin Emulsion RS-1 using bitumin distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20 mm thick open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn staic roller capacity finished to required level as per Technical specifican clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing 6.8 kg/10 sqm the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick edging on both side of the road with 1st class bricks 7 cm. wide 11 cm. deep. laid on edge with mud mortar including cost of all labour materials T&P etc complete. As Per PWD SOR 2023 S.I No.5.04

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per square area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 .the finished surface to be leved uniformand free from streaks and holes .Rates are inclusive of all taxes royality etc all T&P / machines material and labour requrired for proper completion of work.As Per MORTH-803(8.13)
