Subwork no 1 : Construction of PWS well 2 Item No 1 : Excavation in gencral in soft material soft material comprising of soft soil, soft murum, sand hard murum with boulders in wet or dry cond-ition for headworks i.e. intake well. connecting pipe jack well pumps House. Supply well etc. for lfit 0 to 1.5 M and lead of 150 M including barriecading, guarding. disposing off surplus excavated stuff within a radius of 0.5 Km. As directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete. 0 to 1.5 m

Item No 2 : Providing and laying in situ following grades of C.C. of trap/granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including dewatering, form work, compacting and curing, finishing, etc. complete. P.C.C. 1:2:4 PROP (Lift 0 to 5 m below GL)

Item No 3 : Providing and Casting in situ cement conce-rte of trap/ quartizer/ geneiss metal approed quality for RCC work as per detailed drawi-ngs and designs or as directed by Engineer in-charge normal dewatering centering form work. compaction, finshing the formed surfaces with, CM 1:3 of suffcient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface wherever necessary or roughing if spcials finish is to be provided and curing as below etc.complete. For Ring beam M - 200 (Lift 0 to 5 m below GL)

Item No 4 :Providing and Casting in situ cement conce-rte of trap/ quartizer/ geneiss metal approed quality for RCC work as per detailed drawi-ngs and designs or as directed by Engineer in-charge normal dewatering centering form work. compaction, finshing the formed surfaces with, CM 1:3 of suffcient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface wherever necessary or roughing if spcials finish is to be provided and curing as below etc.complete. Item No 5 :Providing and fixing in position steel bar rein-forcement of vareious diameters for RCC pip-es, caps, footings, foundation, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed desings, drawings and schedules including cutting, bending hooking the bars. binding with binding wires or tack welding and supporting as required, etc. complete. Item No 6 : Providing and fixing 80 mm/ 75mm. dia. A. C. / PVC pipe weeps holes at 1.5 m. c / c. sta-ggered including cost of all material and lab- our involved with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Item No 8 : Providing and fixing in position C I Dapuri steps or 22 mm dia M S steps with proper anchorage etc and providing and supplying 3 coats of anticorrose paint etc comp.

Item No 9 : Providing Structural steel work in single stanc-hions composed of RSJ, channel etc. with caps, based, mild steel plates. angles brak-cets, as per drawing or as directed by Engi- neer-in-char-ge including cutting fabrication, making riveted / bolted welded connections and one coats of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting etc complete. Item No 10 :Providing and fixing M.S. chequerred plate flooring of following thickness supported on M.S. angles (25 x 25 x 5 mm size) including welding, cutting and fabricating the plates to the required square or rounding shape, making holes in the plate, including providing and applying 3 coats of anticorrosive paint, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 11 : Reffing the excavated trenches with layers of 15 to 20 cm. thick with available material from foundation including watering compacting for well etc. complete.

Subwork no 2 : Construction of Switch Room 3 X 3 X 3 M Item No 1 : Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard rock and concrete road by chiselling, wedging, line drilling, by machnial means or by any other means other than blasting including trimming and levelling the bed, removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the area and lifts as below, stacking as directed by Engineer-in-charge, normal dewatering, excluding backfilling, etc. complete.

Item No 2 : Providing and laying insitu 1:2:4 (M- 150) grades of P.C.C. of trap/granite/ quartzite/ genies metal for foundation / bedding including dewatering form work, compacting and curing finishing etc. complete with initial lift of 1.50 cm. below/ above ground level.

Item No 14 : Providing rough cast cement plaster externally in two coats to concrete, brick or stone masonry surfaces in all positions with base coat of 12 to 15 mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and rough cast treatment 12mm thick in proportion 1:1 1/2:3 including scaffolding and fourteen days curing complete.

Item No 15 :Providing internal cement plaster 20mm thick in Single coats in cement mortar 1:5 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete

Item No 16 : Refilling the trenches with available excavated stuff with soft material first over pipeline and then hard material in 15 cm layers with all leads and lift including consolidation surcharging etc complete.

Item No 17 :Providing and laying Rough Shahabad Stone Flooring 25mm to 30mm thick and of required width in plain/ diamond pattern on a bed of 1:6 C.M. including cement float, striking joints, pointing in cement mortar 1:3 curing and cleaning etc. complete.

Item No 18 : Providing and applying washable oil- bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old and new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (excluding the primer coat.) etc. complete.

Item No 19 :Providing and applying three coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to new plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Subwork no 3 : Pure Water Pumping Machinery for PWS WELL 1 (5HP, 1nos.) Item No 1 : Providing, errecting and giving test of submersible Pump set confirming to I.S. 8034 and motor confirming to I.S. 9283 with water proof wiring, pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft, motor suitable for working 415V(+/-) 10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply with cable guard, thrust carbon bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump shall be suitable for direct coupling with suitable suction, straining pump should have suitable discharge outlet as per manufacturers design. Item No 7 : Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard rock and concrete road by chiselling, wedging, line drilling, by machnial means or by any other means other than blasting including trimming and levelling the bed, removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the area and lifts as below, stacking as directed by Engineer-in-charge, normal dewatering, excluding backfilling, etc. complete.

Item No 8 : Filling in plinth and floors murum bedding in trenches with approved murum from excavated materials from foundation 15cm to 20cm layers including watering and compaction, etc complete.
