SITC of Automatic Lift ( as per manufacturer design & as per detailed specification below conforming to relevant IS) and putting into operation after final testing in the existing lift shaft complete with all accessories and repairing the damage wall/floor if any etc. to complete as required.

Control: Microprocessor based with serial communication controller in shaft & user interface in landing (VVVF) (Closed loop) Machine Room : Energy efficient machine, Gearless, with Machine Room Speed: 1.0 Mtrs./Sec Floor served: G+5 Landing: 6, all on same side Total rise: 21 mtr.(approx) Operation: Microprocessor based simplex full collective with or without attendant. Signals: Digital car position indicator, car travels direction indicator in car & at all landing withh call registration indicator. COP & LOP must have stainless steel face plate silver brushed with surface mounted button. Button: All buttons on car & landing shall be luminous, on /off switch for Lift, fan, light, toggle switch or key switch for automatic/attendent mode of operation. Display type: Colour LCD / Segmented LCD/LED Operation Push Button for lift maintenance & service should be on top of the car. Leveling accuracy: ± 5 mm (micro levelling arrangement)

CAR Car inside: 1300mm(W) X 1100mm(D) X 2100 mm (H) or as per OEM standard. Car Entrance: Clean Opening- 800mm (W) X 2000mm (H) protected with car door or as per OEM standard.

Car Ceiling & Lighting:stainless steel sheet with hairline finish with LED lighting and Fan.

Car Ventilation: Cross flow pressure fan with anodised aluminium grill.

Car Flooring : Decorative granite flooring( as per direction of EIC and according to this Department's order).

Car Door: stainless steel centre opening( COPD) automatic door provided with AC V3F controlled door drive system with full height infrared curtain of light and mechanical force limiting device, with fire rating of minimum 120 minutes. Landing Door:stainless steel centre opening( COPD) automatic door provided with AC V3F controlled door drive system,with fire rating of minimum 120 minutes. Door Opening: Automatic power operated door with full length photocell assembly light curtain sensor/ infrared detector.

PROTECTIVE DEVICES & OTHER ACCESSORIES ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure/ single phasing/ others. Overload Protection: Fully loaded with overload protection on overloading the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio display indication Emergency lighting in car: Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car. Intercom System: Battery operated intercom system in the Lift Car, Machine Room and Controll Room. Emergency Alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in the lift car and controll room. Fireman Switch: Fireman switch at main landing terminal. Voice Synthesizer: Voice announcement system ( Voice synthesizer) in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator. Car parking at top floor at idle condition. Main wire rope/Belt: As per manufacturer's standard conforming to respective applicable IS Hand Rail: stainless steel mirror finish hand rails on rear car panels Auto Fan cut off.
