Renovation Works

Supply of Earth by truck /trolley including loading and unloading within 8 km as per direction of E/I.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift up to 1.5 m. and lead up to 30m. And including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth and directed by the E/C. up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P. phowarah and basket etc. complete.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantityof sand from a distance not exceeding 8km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. rate to including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire as per direction of E/I. all complete work.

Providing & Fixing glass strips 35x4mm for flooring

Fabrication supply & fixing in postions steel or iron work in heavy size such as truses, builtup gates, records racks, roof work, gate etc. wrought to required from including drilling holes or welding where necessary & their fixing requied for proper completion of the work.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing PVC Pipe 75mm dia ISI Mark

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood with one coat (up to one sq. m) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior qualit ready mix paint (Iind quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand such as British paint, Shalimar, Asian or equivalent as approved by E/I) or Varnish including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the I. S. I. NO. 103-1950.Over New Steel Work

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint approved make and quality on new work with two/three coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials all labour and T & P. for proper completion of the work.

Supplying & Fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80x125mm (3"x 18 gauge) cold rolled MS lath inter locked through their entire length jointed together at the end by lock & mounted on specialy designed pipe shafts with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push & pull opertation complete but excluding cost of top cover & springs.

Fabircation, Supply & Fixing of MS Jali work

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.
