SUB-HEAD I--SITC OF 6 KV VCB PANEL & 6/0.415 KV TRANSFORMERS & MAIN PANEL

Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,side entry incomming & Out going cable box , free standing, 6.6 kV VCB Panel with 1 Nos VCBs (1 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 6 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise one 750KVA Dry Type Transformers. [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL].

Modification, necessary connection & installation of HT VCB panel with existing 3 panel HT gear arrangement by supply & fixing necessary accessories as required and following IE rule.

Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 6KV/415V 750 KVA, 3 Phase,50Hz, Dyn11,copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator/controller,having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) .

Installation & commissioning of 6 KV/ 415 volt, 750 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical MV switchboard,fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with incoming ACBs & Outgoing MCBS and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [LT NEW MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION]

SUB HEAD II - HT/ LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION

Supplying of 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer]. [ Make : Nicco / Gloster/Polycab/Havells/RR Kable/Crystal ]

Making heatshrinkable joints indoor type to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

3 Core x 300 Sq.mm

Laying of 1 No. 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.

Supply & Drawing 1.1 KV Grade 7 Core 1.5 sq.mm PVC Armoured Copper Cable from Transformer WT relay to VCB WT relay for Power & Control Supply as per direction of EIC

S & F suitable angle/flat iron bracket for holding the HT/LT cables in proper place with all necy. materials as required and rigidly fixed as per direction of the EIC.

SUB HEAD III - EARTHING

S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

S & F special type earth electrode clamp made of GI flat with nuts, bolts,, washer etc. suitable for 80 mm dia GI pipe earth.

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct. [ From TR & DG set to main panel].[ Make : Nicco / Gloster/Crystal/Polycab/Havells/RRKabel ]

Laying of three cables above 185 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal) the trench size : 915 mm x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable with 8 nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 nos. bricks per mtr. as separator between every two cables including filling the space between the bricks and cables and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brassgland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
