Authorized dealer: Normally Railways prefer to deal with manufacturers. In case if manufacturer wants to submit offer through their authorized dealer, the authorized dealer should submit valid tender specific authorization/Dealership Certificate failing which their offer will be liable to be passed over. MSE benefit will be given to manufacturer of tendered item and not to traders as per MSE policy. Firms to clearly indicate that whether OEM for tendered item or trader
1. Bulk procurement of this item will be made from proven source having performance for supply of tendered item or similar( Bolts/Nut) category item to any of Railways or PUs for quantity not less than 20 present of tendered quantity in last 3 years from tender closing date. 2. Firm should submit documentary evidence as proof of execution of PO, such as copies of R. Notes/CRAC/CRN/completion report. Failure to submit necessary documentary evidence along with offer will imply that firm has no such performance and the offer will not be considered for bulk order. 3. Firms not having adequate proven performance but complying other suitability criteria can be considered for developmental order for maximum 20 present of tendered quantity. 4. Firms supplied tendered item or similar category item to Western Railway in last 5 years from tender closing date will also be considered for order based on there cords available with the Railway
