Providing and fitting of reinforced polyester cord woven cross ply rubber padding (100 Nos) for fitment on the steel track chains for Dozer BD-50 (13480) BEML Make to increase the traction and protection of road surfaces that may be damaged by exposed steel track chains during snow clearance. Rubber pads should be single grouser with grouser height 65mm, width 180mm and length 405mm. The rubber pads should be ribbed pattern for excellent traction on snow surface. The job includes making counter bore holes – 2 Nos on each rubber pad to match the holes of the track chain for its proper fitting with nuts and bolts along with washers for gripping. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labour charges for the complete work.
