Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 8000 GPH X 100 to 140 Mtrs head Submersible Pump set along with allied electro-mechanical works to be installed at T/well Bakshi Nagar under JMC Capex (New Works) 2026-27.

Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 8000 GPH x 100 to 140 Mtrs Head submersible pump sets 02 Nos. (one for installation & one for standby) at Tube Well Bakshi Nagar by way of fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod/clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 01 no. expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer /expander nipple with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Job includes Providing and fabrication of 30 nos. (80mm/100mm dia) column pipes of length 10'each. Welding of pipes with flanges on both ends after cleaning the ends and grinding them for preparing the surface. A side cut is to be made in each flange to accommodate the submersible cable along with standard holes with proper PCD. Lowering of submersible pump set and column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. The complete job includes cost of materials i.e. Submersible Pump motor set, tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, clamps, MS pipes, Flanges, rod, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labour charges. Job also involves carriage and shifting of pump set to the work site and lowering of submersible pump set. Making connections with the panel for testing of submersible pumpset on full load at site. Job also includes providing, installation, testing and commissioning of sluice valve and NRV 200mm dia each for already installed suction line at pumping station Bakshi Nagar.
