Taking down old existing wooden flooring including frame work of any specification/description/type/size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Squash Court Sports Wooden Flooring (Maple Wood) consisting of Surface Board: - Made of Kiln Seasoned (moisture contain of approximately 14% at the time of dispatch), Treated Maple Wood finished with 21 mm thick, 57 to 83 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti-termite and water-resistant lacquer complete all as specifed. Maple wood is the hardest of hard woods and is the recommended wood for squash court. All major tournaments are played on Maple Wood Floor only. The Under Frame: - Made of commercial quality pine wood runners of 70 mm x 45 mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10 mm thick air cushioned pads, fixed through the two wings at 350 mm x 350 mm complete all as specfied Installation: - IPS sub-floor treated with a vapor barrier to be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 350 mm in 1 direction. The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 8 to 10 mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area / walls complete all as specified. Finishing: - After laying the flooring, the floor boards will be leveled to a uniform surface and applied a thin coat of water-based polish on the face complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard Plaster System meeting specifications for Squash Court laid down by "BOUNCE WALL WSF Specifications" consisting of total 12mm thick plaster, fiber reinforced, cement based and resin modified. Marking lines in red color and painting with washable paint. 12 mm thick resin modified hard plaster system consisting of two coats with first coat of 9 mm thick fiber reinforced layer and finish coat of 3 to 4 mm resin modified hard plaster and including installation of additional Fiber mesh on cemented blocks wall/ brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sound Board of size 7 feet x 17 inch made of tin board of 22 gauge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm wide marking of court/game lines as per World Squash Federation (WSF) standards and with WSF approved materials on surface of any type/description/material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exisitng glass work of any size/description/position (partitions/doors and the like works) including hardware and refixing the same in same/other position including filling the gaps with approved silicon complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm toughned/tempered frosted glass as in showers/ hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required of any size fixed in position with suitable stainless steel 304 Grade all types patch fittings/brackets/catchers/L-connectors/all types hinges (wall to glass/glass to glass)/magnetic seals and filling the gaps with silicon of approved quality all as specified and directed. Note : Hardware will be paid separately under respective items.

S&F 12mm toughned/tempered frosted glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors,Staircase railings,roof dome works and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required of any size fixed in position with suitable stainless steel 304 Grade all types patch fittings/brackets/catchers/L-connectors/all types hinges (wall to glass/glass to glass)/magnetic seals and including temporary wooden/ply frame wk required to take exact sizes as in staircase railings/dome work of any shape etc and filling the gaps with silicon of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stainless steel Hardware will be paid separately under respective items.
