The salient features of the transformer shall be as under :-
(a) (i) Transformer shall be Dyn - 11 vector group oil immersed naturally cooled, double wound copper winding core type, Radiator cooled MS tank complete with first fill of transformer oil as per IS -335 with ONAN cooling system. The temperature of oil shall not rise 50˚c to ambient 55˚c of winding. | 1.01 | Standard Fittings :-
(i) Rating and diagram plate alongwith levels where ever necessary.

| 1.04 | (xxi) Indoor floor mounted remote control cubicals (RTCC Panel , AVR relay) with rear accessories on HV side to vary secondary voitage as mentionrd above with wiring and followings :-
(a) Remote tap position indicating meter digital type.
(b) Tap change in progress signal lamps with belt
(c) Raise / lower push buttons for remote operation
(d) Inside illuminating lamp with door switch.
(e) Supply on signals.
(f) Suitable class CTs for 3 core to suit full load on transformer.
NOTE :-
(a) Copy of test report for impuse test and heat Run Test for similar rating or highr rating carried out at approved laboratory shall be submitted by OEM before despatch of transformer.
(b) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officers nominated by Accepting Officer at manufacturers premises and all desired test shall be carried out in accordance to IS: 2026. The Manufacture in house testing lab must be NABL accridited.
(c) Site testing : Insulation resistance ,oil temperature alarm trip, Winding temperature alarm and trip, Bucholtz relay alarm and trip, Low oil level alarm, testing of annunciation systems by auxiliary relay triping of transformer, Polarity marking and phase sequence, Ratio test, vector group, magnetising current, dielectric strength and filtration if required should be carried out. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.05 | (d) Armoured control copper conductor cables of required size , length and core for making connections and functioning of all controll devices / panels / accessories shall be provided by firm all as required at site. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Contractor.
(e) Foundation and civil works as per manufacture's recommendation shall be provided at 'NO' extra cost to the dept.
(f) Earthing shall be measured and paid separtely.
(g) The stud for neutrals shall be of sufficient length to fix 2 Nos strip earthing.
(h) Cost of cable entry box on 11 KV side for 1 run of 95 Sqmm , 3 core HT XLPE cable (E) deemed to be included in the item rate.
(j) Routine test as per IS 2026 shall be conducted and test certificate shall be furnished.
(k) The quoted price shall deemed to be inclusive of connecting of trip contacts of bucholtz relay and temperature indicator of windings & oil to the trip coil in panel board.
(l) Cost of initial oil filing with Transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 70 KV at 2.5mm gap deemed to be included in the item rate. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.06 | (m) RTCC and AV shall be suitable for automatic voltage regulation with master follower scheme with tap position indicator as per tap indication in the OLTC mechanism, RTCC should also be provided with contol gear in respect of fan ON/OFF indication, auto and manual control switch AC supply on and tap changer in progress indication lamp tap struck indication and alarm.
(n) The erection of the transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturers authorized representative. Certificate in this regard shall be sumitted by the contractor duly signed by authorized representative of manufacturer and Engineer-in-Charge.
(o) The design of transformer shall be in accordance to relevant clauses specified in PS . The accessories /devices not mentioned here but necessary to provide as per relevant standard , shall be provided by the firm without any extra cost.
