Material & labour RCC Septic tank designed for 50 Users conventional to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any tupe of soil PCC(1:4:8) below foundation RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls,Base slab,Baffle walls and Roof slab including beams etcwith vent shaft,manhole opening, with coverconnection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD WORKS
Material & labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness, in two layer of 75mm) wet Mix Macadam (WMM) manufactured in WMM plant. Each layer compacted separately (specifications as per TI 09/2018), with crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, spreading using sensor paver and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note:- Before execution of this item, water absorption value of coarse aggregate shall be checked. If the water absorption value of coarse aggregates is greater than 2%, the soundness test shall be carried out on the material delivered at site complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour preparing water mix macadam applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using SS-1 @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm as first coat and applying RS-1 @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm as second coat (VG-30) and providing bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for making lines dashes,arrows,letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 2mm thick including glass with thermostat machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down in IRC & most (Ministry of Surface Transport)specification 20011(4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & fixing for road solar stud size125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction,solar powered by monocrystal solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led-10mm,3 piecs each side and total 6 piece are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

SECURITY WALL, FENCING AND GATE WORKS
Supply and fixing HDPE Pipe, 75mm dia bore, for weep holes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only 3.15mm dia PVC coated galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 75mm x 75mm mesh fixed with string bolts complete all as specified. (fixing element will be measured and paid under item No. 7 of Sch 'A' Part-VIII)

'Material and labour Boring with drill / reverse rotary rig circulation method including electric logging through any kind of strata of soil / rocks for drilling not less than 650 mm dia hole for depth not exceeding 75 metre deep below ground level by keeping sufficient space for packing pea gravel including disposal of surplus soil / liquid mud / sand etc within 100 metre complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Generating set with acoustic enclsoure (Silent Version) conforming to latest CPCB Norms of 200 KVA or next higher capacity, radiator water cooled, Diesel engine driven developing 326 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled with alternator of capacity 200 KVA delivering out put Voltage 415 Volts +/- 1.0% at set value of 415 V at a frequency 50HZ +/- 0.5% with suitable AVR control panel, all mounted in acoustic enclosure and AMF Logic panel all as per manufacturers design and specification as per CPCB norms confirming to the detailed specifications appended below :- Make : KIRLOSKAR GREEN / CUMMINS/GREAVES COTTON/STAMFORD (i) ENGINE :- (a) General: Suitable for four stroke compressed ignition, radiator water cooled, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature. The prime mover provided should be as per IS specifications. (b) Air intake system : Should comprise of dry type intake air filter mounted on engine, one in number vacuum indicator mounted on intake piping. (d) Fuel System: Should comprise of disposal type element fuel filter, pressure type fuel pump mounted on engine, non return check valve in fuel supply and drain lines, wire braided hose between filter and pump, The fuel tank must have proper locking arrangement. (e) Cooling System: Should comprise of radiator with 7 PSI pressure cap mounted on base rail. The thermostat installed in the engine coolant outlet, fresh water pump mounted on engine, fan and fan hub mounted on engine. RUNWAY AND TAXI TRACK
Providing approved earth (earth and cement to be got approved from GE before laying) obtained from excavation at site, laying and spreading soil 500mm (compacted thickness) below top of sub grade level in two layers (spreading & consolidating each layer with 8 to 12 tonne power roller), pulverising, blending of cement with soil stablization by mixing as per the designed soil mix (to be carried out by NIT/ Govt. College). The composition of layers shall be as under:- (a) Bottom 200mm layer: Spreading, levelling, watering, ramming, pulverising, blending of cement, compacted at OMC in-situ with rotavator & motor grader (quantity of cement to be decided as per approved designed soil mix) and compacted in layers such that each layer shall not be less than 100mm thick & not more than 200mm thick and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to achieve the desired K value as mentioned in Note below. (b) Top 300mm layer: Soil blended with cement and OMC in WMM plant (quantity of cement to be decided as per approved designed soil mix) and then spread at site, levelled with motor grader, compacted in layers such that each layer shall not be less than 100mm thick & not more than 200mm thick and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to achieve the desired K value as mentioned in Note below. Material and labour for 210mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum field Flexural Strength fo 4.5 Mpa Lower Control Limit (LCL) at 28 days in pavement slab using minimum 360 kg of cement per cu.m. as per IRC 44 (only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre (as per generic specification given by E-in-C's Br) by mechanical means at the rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per cu.m. of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5mm and gradation as per IRC 44-2017 laid spread and compacted with slip-form paver. Curing by mechanical equipment, Texturing-cum-curing machine (TCM) including finishing of surfaces compelte all as specified and directed. (Runway - 8505, Taxi Track- 8308.13)
Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minim,um 100mm and tranverse joints at ends as minimum 150mm etc complete as specified and directed. Material & labour for forming 20mm wide expansion joints 210mm deep for quality concrete slab filled with preformed bitumen joints filler with polyurethane joint sealant for 55mm depth over provision of closed cell polyrthylene rod of 22mm dia sealed with (29mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod )complying with BS 5212 & BS 4254 and EN- 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sides and minimum MAF 30%( with TEN years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the application of sealant all as specified. Material & labour for forming construction joints 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep for quality concrete slabs , cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 30mm and 10 mm wide to accommodate polythylene rod and sealant 10mm wide , provision of closed cell polyrthylene rod of 10mm dia sealed with (10mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod )Poly urethane sealant complying with BS 5212 & BS 4254 and EN- 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sides and minimum MAF + 30% (with Ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the application of sealant all as specified and as shown on drg. Material & labour for forming contraction (dummy) joints cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 60mm and 3 mm wide initially and top 23mm portion cut to 6mm wide to accommodate polythylene rod and sealant 6mm wide , provision of closed cell polyrthylene rod of 8mm dia sealed with (10mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod )Poly urethane sealant complying with BS 5212 & BS 4254 and EN- 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sides and minimum MAF + 30%( with Ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the application of sealant all as specified and as shown on drg.
