Supply and fixing of new 120x20 mm of size flat type rubber seal with hardness shore A 65-70 as per IS 11855 (2017) with good quality rubber and adequate hardness at bottom of the spillway gate using new SS cover plate, bolt & nuts washer, etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal, seal cover plate, bolt and nutsiest., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit as per IS 4622 (2003) including the cost of materials, labour charges,lead,lift,etc.,complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Supply and fixing of new flat rubber seal of size 100x12mm or suitable size with hardness shore A 65-70 as per IS 11855 (2017) with good quality rubber and adequate hardness for bottom of Head Race Tunnel Gates for regular and emergency using new SS cover plate, bolt & nuts washers,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal, seal cover plates,bolt and nutsiest., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit as per IS 4622 (2003) including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials and less the cost of retrived materials.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers, filler valves, pulleys, etc., of Scourvent gates both regular of size (1.52mtrx2.12mtr) and emergency of size (1.52mtrx2.80mtr) complete using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings eccentric pin, seals, aluminium bronze bushes, spacer plates, gaskets, spring, etc., with good quality as per IS 4622(2003) for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour charges, dismantling charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers, filler valves, pulleys etc, of Head Race Tunnel gates both regular gate of size (4x7mtr) and emergency gate of size (4x7mtr) complete using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings eccentric pin, seals, aluminium bronze bushes, spacer plates, gaskets, springs, etc., with good quality as per IS 4622(2003) for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour charges, dismantling charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials which is to be taken away by the contractor.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,pulleys,trunion hub, arm end connecting rod, etc., of spillway gate of size (8.5mtrx6.00mtr) complete using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings, oil seals, aluminium bronze bushes, gaskets, etc., with good quality as per IS 4622(2003) for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of all materials, dismantling, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Over hauling and reassembling of the gear box, gear coupling, pinions, rope drums, etc., of Head Race Tunnel gates & Scourvent gates (both regular and emergency) and Spillway gates complete using whatever suitable size spares of IS 4622(2003) standard are required if any parts got damaged in it and then bring the entire gear box assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including the cost of all materials, dismantling charges, cost of lubricants, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials which is to be taken away by the contractor.

Cleaning the steel wire rope manually, melting the rope grease and re-greasing (Servo coat 120/140/190) the 32mm dia steel core wire rope for Spillway gates and cleaning the floor area free from spilled rope grease after completion of re-greasing as per IS 3973 (1984) including the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Supply and fixing of new 26mm dia size steel core wire rope with good quality for the scour vent regular gate using new fixing clamp, bolt & nuts washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS 2266 (2002) complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamb,bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, all materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 28mm dia size steel core wire rope with good quality for the scour vent emergency gate using new fixing clamp, bolt & nuts washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS 2266 (2002) complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamb,bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, all materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 40mm dia size steel core wire rope with good quality for the Head Race Tunnel Regular gate using new fixing clamp, bolt & nuts washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS 2266(2002) complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamb,bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, all materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 32mm dia size steel core wire rope with good quality for the Head Race Tunnel Emergency gate using new fixing clamp, bolt & nuts washer, etc and also applying rope compound as per IS 2266(2002) complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamb,bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, all materials, dismantling charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Replacement of the corroded chequrred plate of spillway, scourvent,and Tunnel gate's hoisting equipment platform, by using new 6 mm thick chequrred plate as per IS 2062 (1992)as per the instruction of Engineer at site including reduction of realisation of scrap which is to be taken away by the contractor as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of removal of the corroded steel structures, all labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Provision of new Steel shed of size 10x10 feet for protection of panels/equipment at dam top including structural desigining for with standing seismic and wind load using suitable steel structural members as per IS 800(2007) and the instruction of Engineer at site , cost of materials, all labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete .

Cleaning and removing the rust and old paint thoroughly in the existing surface of the scour vent, Head Race Tunnel of both regular gate and emergency gate, spillway Gates and its hoisting structures using sand blasting as per IS:14177-1994 as per instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of sand, solvents, Compressor,Diesel,engine oil, hopper, hose, scaffolding pipes & fittings, tarpaulin and other required materials including safety equipment like leather shoes, helmet, hand glouse,face sheild,safety belt, safety apron,loading & unloading charges, lead, lift,complete,etc.,

Painting with two coats of EPOXY coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour as per IS 14177 (1994) in the existing surface of the scourvent gate both regular and emergency as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 415 V, 200 Amps TPN metal clad switch with rewireable fuse unit of reputed make with ISI standard with supporting arrangements to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 415 V, 200 Amps TPN metal clad switch with rewireable fuse unit erected in a new outdoor GI metal box of reputed make with ISI standard of adequate size with necessary supporting arrangements to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply,erection, testing and commissioning of Advanced Lightning Protection System 3000 INTCPT MK IV SS , CVM ( Collection Volume Method) Air Terminal shall be non-corroding made of stainless steel with a curved conductive surface of minimum thickness for air terminations as defined in IEC61024. and manufactured with the requirement of Under write laboratories Standard UL 96 and complies fully to the international standards of IEEE 998, suitable mast made of Alu. with dia of 40mm with a M20 thread at the top to fix the unit supplied with INTCPT-ADBUTT & Terminal lug, coupling, clamps and all required fixing accessories, Lightning Event Counter, register every strike between 2000A to 100kA for a 8/20 micro second peak current, Electro Mechanical System, maintenance Free Earthing - The copper bonded steel rods size of 5/8 Inch x 10 feet length, shall be used as earth electrodes, GEM(ground enhancement material) shall be applied as per requirement suggested by the manufacturer, around the ground conductor to reduce soil resistivity and low ground impedance.
