Schedule 'A' Part-I (WET Basin Structure) NOTE :- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only. (ii) Certain items of the items mentioned in this parts are to be executed in water and liquid mud and also interrupted by the tides the rate quoted by the bidders are deemed to be inclusive this aspect. (iii) Any loss or damage of equipments/plants during mobilisation in rivers is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for boring for bored cast in situ piles in any strata for 1 mtr dia piles by DMC ( Direct Mud Circulation ) method using bentonite slurry, all as specified and directed. Note: a) The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demoblisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and materials. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately. b) In case the soil starta at founding level is loose, the same to be brought to the notice of GE for further directions. c) The sample of bored materials shall be collected at regular intervals and preserved without any extra cost. d) The depth of boring shall be approximately 19.20 mtrs. e) The removal of material shall be measured and paid under BOQ item No. 1.28.

M&L for RCC (M-40) for concrerting of 1.0 mtr. dia pile (Design Mix Concerete including sampling, testing etc.) with minimum cement content of 400 Kg/cum using portland slag cement laid in situ by standard method of placing by tremie pipe including built up concrete of height 1.0 mtr above cutt off level to achieve fresh concrete all as specified and directed and shown in drawings. Note: a) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. b) Concrete shall be measured up to cutoff level for payment purpose. c) The length of pile shall be approximately 19.20 mtrs.

M&L for RCC Design Mix Concerete (M-40) including all steel form works as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for coloumns etc,; basement slabs, pile cape, and mass Concrete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chiesling/chipping/breaking the lattice concrete of pile up to cutoff level to receipt of dense concrete and dressing the pile head so as to receive the form work etc. using suitable tools and plants and exposing the pile reinforcement including removal of debris from site complete for 1 mtr dia of piles. Note: a) If Chiesling/chipping of lattice concrete goes below cutoff level, the same is required to be made up with fresh concrete of same specifications including form work without any extra cost payment.

M&L for RCC Design Mix Concrete (M-40) including all steel form works laid in-situ in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pillasters and buttresses. etc.

M&L for RCC Design Mix Concerete (M-40) including all steel formwork laid in-situas as in slabs supported on wallsstairways including steps, string pieces, , beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.(work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

M&L for Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, over hangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for flat rough finished surfaces. (work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

M&L for Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets, and staircase railings and similarwork including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or batter for flat rough finished surfaces. (work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

M&L for Form work to sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers for flat rough finished surfaces. (work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

M&L for CRS/HRS TMT bars conforming to IS-Fe-500 / 500D of dia 10mm and above including beams, columns, slabs, piles and pile cap etc and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for pile foundation hooking ends & binding with & incl MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia & securing with clips all as specified and directed.(work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

All as per item No 1.10 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.(work in water or liquid mud and interrupted by tides)

Supply and fabricating built up sections for MS sheet pile of minimum 12mm thick and 800 mm wide confirming to IS 2314-1986, driving, keeping in position, welding etc. including cutting to size as shown in drawings, required machinery, tools and plants etc. as specified and directed.

S & F of 12 mm MS plate liners for piles, driving, keeping in position, welding etc including required machinery, tools and plants etc, all as directed.

M&L for painting with black anti corrosive bituminous paint two coats including primer, preparation of surfaces by sand blasting etc.

S & F HBL 5T, T-Type 5 Tonne T-Type Cast Iron CI Bollard in postion all as directed. Make: HI Tech/ A R Bollard/ Ci Mooring Bollard/ Marine Bollard/ Bhavani Cast Iron Bollard.

Supplying, handling, transporting and fixing in position D rubber fender along with MS chain tyre net assembely 0.5 Kg/cm Sq internal pressure including necessary hooks embeding in concrete or welding to the reinforcement.

M&L for testing of pile 1 mtr dia in routine vertical load test 1.5 time the working load as per I.S.I Specification through firms as approved by GE.

M&L for testing of pile 1 meter dia in lateral load test on working piles as per I.S.I Specification through firms as approved by GE.

M&L for testing of pile in initial load test on land all as specified and directed :-

(a) Constructing test piles 1.0 meter dia and 19.20 meter long including necessary Concrete in M-40 using portland slag cement using minimum cement content 400Kg/Cum, reinforcement and MS Liner all as shown on drgs and specified.

(b) Conducting initial load test on test piles of 1.0 meter dia pile as per IS 2911 part IV-2013 including all tools, plants, labour etc throuh approved firm as approved by GE.

(c) Conducting dynamic pile load test (High strain Dynamic Testing) perfom non destructive intergity testing of piles according to BIS/ASTM standards including all equipments, tools, plants, labour etc all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel-(Gde-316) pipes,tubes, plates, nuts and bolts for railing including cutting, welding, drilling, bolting and polishing etc. The raling shall be nuts and bolts system all as per drawing and as specified.

Excavation in over not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work may have to be carried out in water, mud, foul or tidal conditions.

Excavation in over exc. 1.5 M and n. exc. 3 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work may have to be carried out in water, mud, foul or tidal conditions.

Excavation in over exc. 3 M and n. exc. 4.5 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work may have to be carried out in water, mud, foul or tidal conditions.

Excavation in over exc. 4.5 M and n. exc. 6 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work may have to be carried out in water, mud, foul or tidal conditions.

Removing Excavated soils to a distance beynod 500 M and up to 1500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squareheads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,neck size 10mm to 15 mm and 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for intigrity testing of pile 1 mtr dia (20% of total numbers of pile to be done by independent authority.) as per I.S.I Specification through firms as approved by GE.

M&L for Felling of tree exc. 250cm and n exc 300 cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distancen exc. 50 m and stacking of servicable materials and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grubbing up tree trunk exc. 250cm and n exc 300 cm girth including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, diggingout roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and moving of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (External Electric Supply) Not: Srl item No 2.01 to 2.03 are common to External water supply also.

Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5m wide and n,exc 1.5m depth for foundation, etc, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated soils to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry river sand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned down thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured as 18 cm for payment purpose).

Sub class 'B' bricks laid flat dry in trenches over cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC 1:2:4, Type B–1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation and coping for erection of steel tubular poles including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post of iron post of compound wall, complete all as specified and directed .
