Supply / Fabrication of LT Panel Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction of the minimum size 1650 x 1600 X 350 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet (frame of 14 SWG), with provisions for cable entry from bottom and having chambers as described below. The panel should have separate cable alleys and bus bar alleys. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance from the front and having doors complete with locks etc. for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 250 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should painted through powder coating process and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted/installed properly with complete mounting accessories as per requirement with complete internal connections of switchgears and control gears with the main bus bars in the Panel through copper cable or bus bars along with making all the required wiring connections for all measuring and indicating instruments with all the accessories, thimbles, ferrules etc. complete in all respect as per requirement. S/O Manually operated oil immersed sheet steel clad floor mounted type star delta starter as per IS: 13947(Part 1&4) with 1 No. under voltage release, 3 Nos. magnetic overload release with oil dashpot time lags 1 No. stop leaver, plain entries for PVC cables, 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz without oil filling, Heavy duty with single contact & strip wound overload coil 50 HP to 75 HP Make: Advance / Bentax or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of Transformer oil for starter Make - Savita / Power

Testing and Commissioning of the starters first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and Operations as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Supply of PVC insulated copper flexible conductor single core 35 sq.mm flexible cable, 1100 volts. Make: Havells/ Grandlay/ Gloster/Kalinga

Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above Panel up to the site including charges of heavy labour etc.

Fabrication and supply of base frame made out of Angle Iron of suitable size for fixing the above Panel and suitable for making outgoing/incoming cable entries in the panel. It should be duly painted and ready with provisions for installing at the site.

Fixing of new base frame at the site with the help of fasteners/welding and grouting of nut bolts and including all other work as per site requirements and Fixing the new LT Panel at the newly fixed base frame by lifting the panel board and placing it at the base frame properly and fixing it to the frame by nut bolts as requirement.

S/O changeover having 400 amp capacity and making the incoming connections to the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply and the panel after laying and proper thimbling etc. of cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Making the outgoing connections of MCCBs by Connecting MCCBs to the starters Through existing cables or by extending the cables as per site requirement after relaying of the cables as required, proper thimbling and tapping etc. including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.
