PART-A Operation of two 62.5 KVA & one 50 KVA Diesel Generator Set by engaging skilled personnel having sufficient experience, as and when required as direction including guarding of the DG Set round the clock from 01-10-2026 to 31-08-2027. (This cost is excluding the cost of fuel & lubricant required.)

Supervision charges for electrical installation by qualified Electrical supervisor having minimum requisite parts from the licensing board as per IE Rules, 1956 read with latest amendments having valid workmanship permit and mechanic for diesel generating set with overhead expenditures as per specification and direction of EIC. from 01-10-2026 to 31-08-2027

PART-B Consumption of diesel oil at site including all carriage and storage for alternate running 62.5 KVA DG set @ 11.5 Ltr./Hr. for average 1 Hr run per Day as per direction of the EIC from 01-10-2026 to 31-08-2027 = 335 Days x 1 Hrs. (Consumption of Diesel Oil has been taken as per actual measurement of log book)

Consumption of diesel oil at site including all carriage and storage for running 50 KVA DG set @ 9 Ltr./Hr. for average 1 Hr run per Day as per direction of the EIC from 01-10-2026 to 31-08-2027 = 335 Days x 1 Hrs. (Consumption of Diesel Oil has been taken as per actual measurement of log book)

Consumption of all lubricants, mobil oil etc. at site including all carriage and storage for running above diesel engine driven generating set average 2 Hrs run per Day as per direction of the EIC. from 01-10-2026 to 31-08-2027 = 335 Days x 2 Hrs (Consumption of Mobil Oil has been taken as per actual measurement of log book)

N.B:- 1. Quoted rate should be inclusive of ESI, PF as per latest amendment and also comply with the Notification no.- 06/STAT/12RW/03/2023/LCS, dt. 02/04/2025 of the office the Labour Commissioner, Govt of W.B. & Reference Memo No- PHE/1095/O-5/16 (Pt) Dated- 22-05-2025 of the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 2. GST exempted related to Article 243G/243W of the Constitution of India and CGST Rate Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) and corresponding WBGST Rate Notification No. 1136-FT, both dated 28.06.2017, as amended from time to time. 3. The rates are exclusive of Cess.
