Attending the complaint related to the software of Biometric based attendance system on call and visiting the location/ providing online support, checking the system, diagnose the fault occurred and rectifying the same by the software.

S/Fixing of following size of CPVC accessories for conection of existing CPVC pipe i/c cutting, making ,jointing with adhesive and testing etc complate as reqd. (a) 12 V 3A power supply (SMPS) for attendance reader

(c) 12 V 4.5 Ah maintenance free battery

(d) Membrane keypad of the reader

(e) LCD display of the reader

(h) Replacement of faulty wiring

Replacement of existing faulty electromagnetic lock for single leaf door complete as required (Make Alagatec/ BEL/ Sekurit). (Note: The faulty material shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly)

Replacement of existing faulty aluminium body exit switch complete including connection to Reader & Lock as required. (Note: The faulty material shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly)

Dismantling the existing faulty of Biometric based attendance machine and taking it to manufacturers workshop for Upgradation of firmware of Biometric based attendance machine, Reinstallation testing etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling the existing Biometric based attendance machine from one location office complete with enclosure and taking it to new location and reinstallation of the same and reconfiguring to connect it to the NTR network as per direction of Site incharge etc. complete as required.

Replacement of 12V / 24V, 3-5Amps SMPS unit (as per the systems voltage requirement to step down the available 220V AC supply) for providing power supply to system with battery charger and with battry complete as required. (Make Protek/ ANG or Similar Superior make). (Note: The faulty material shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly)

Removing the empty of following capacity ABC type Fire extinguishers from the site and taking it to the refilling plant and Refilling the same with Mono Amonium phosphate powder and required gas include checking the nozzle, valve testing & refixing the same at site complete as required. (a) 5 KG ABC type

Removing the empty following capacity Foam type Fire extinguishers from the site and taking it to the refilling plant and Refilling the same with foam concentrate and required GAS include checking the nozzle, valve & hydraulic testing & refixing the same complete as required. (a) 5 KG ABC type

Removing the empty following capacity water CO2 type Fire extinguishers from the site and taking it to the refilling plant and Refilling the same with required CO2 GAS including checking the nozzle, valve testing & refixing the same complete as required. (a) 50 ltr capacity CO2 type

Repainting the rusted fire extinguishers with two coats PO red color complete as required.

Supply & fixing the stickers on painted Fire extinguishers of required type giving details of type of fire extinguishers and the method to use the Fire extinguishers complete as required.

Provision of monthly testing of fire detection system and VESDA system at HF switch room 3rd floor and NIB 7th floor in presence of concern site incharge /representative i/c making report etc complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of 4Kg capacity portable power type fire extinguisher ISI mark complete with discharge pipe and nozzle etc. complete as reqd.)(M/S Lifeguard, Fire matrix , Stop fire or SS make)

Attending the complaint of CCTV system (hardware only) on call and visiting the location, checking the system, diagnose the fault occurred and rectifying the same by the technician.

Replacement of following faulty component installed in the CCTV system at different locations. (Note: The faulty material shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly) (a) 12V 5 A SMPS suitable for giving power to 4 nos CTV camera

(b) Replacment of fixed lens module in existing faulty camera compatible with existing fixed lens CCTV camera

(c) Replacement of faulty hard disk with new 2 TB surveillance Hard disk to system complete as required. (make WD/ Seagate)

(d) Replacement of faulty POE switch new 4 port POE switch complete with connection thrugh RJ45 connectors as required

(e) Replacement of faulty CAT6 cabling with new CAT6 4 pair cable in existing conduit / on surface/ cable tray as required

Replacement of faulty irreparable fixed lens camera with new camera of same specifications and compatible with existing system ( 2mp IP based fixed lens camera, true day and night camera (IR distance 15-20 mtr) ,low illumination 0.15LUX, Excellent Noise Reduction, compact Design with POE, BLC) (Note: The faulty material shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly)

Repairing of faulty 4 channel NVR , job include the checking the NVR and taking it to service centre for necessary repair and reinstallation of the same after repair etc. complete as reqd.

Provision of Semiskilled Labour for helping day to day office work and helping in data entry and report generation under ESD- Kidwai Bhawan , Janpath, New Delhi.

Note:- 1. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 2. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 3. Servicing Scrap items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 4. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 5. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 6. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 7. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 8. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 9. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 10. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers.15. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.
