WORK SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF HYGIENE AND SANITATION AT AFS HASI MARA

Supply & installation of SMART Grease Trap of size 42" x 24" x 30", manual type, manufactured from heavy-duty Stainless Steel Grade SS-304, complete with removable perforated sludge removal basket/strainer at inlet chamber, internal baffle arrangement for efficient separation of fats, oils and grease (FOG), removable airtight cover with suitable locking arrangement, inlet and outlet connections, all accessories, fittings and fixtures required for satisfactory operation. The grease trap shall be suitable for commercial kitchen wastewater applications and designed for effective retention of grease, oil and suspended food particles prior to discharge into the drainage system. The unit shall be corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, easy to clean and maintain, and capable of installation under-sink, above-ground or at designated locations as per site requirements, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included all labour, materials, cutting and making good, connection to existing inlet and outlet pipelines, testing for leakages and proper functioning, and handing over complete in all respects).

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and fluorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots etc. and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and fluorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots etc. and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.
