Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

By Mix in Place Method :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 KN Static roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per technical specification clause 401) (ii) For grading -II materials.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km.)(ii) Grading- II (b) Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.)

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screeninig/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to reqd. density(with an initial lead of 5.00km) By mechanical means Grading-III(Using Screening type-B)(11.2mm aggregates)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge block/ Edge restrints complete as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsionon preparedsurface of granularBase including clearingof road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75mmx 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with m15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600 mm bellow ground level as per drawing and technical specefication 600 MM circular

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75mmx 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with m15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600 mm bellow ground level as per drawing and technical specefication 600 mm equilateral triangle

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications
