Make ; LG / Whirlpool / Godrej Note for serial item No. 04,05,06,07 and 08: (i) The rate of Supply and Fixing of New Compressor of suitable capacity ,starting relay assembly with Over Load Protector is inclueded in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii) The rate of Supply and charging of Gas is also included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(iii) The unit rate quoted by the contrcator is also included replacement of foundation rubber bushes, nuts, and bolts , necessary electrical connection for making the appliances functional and cleaning of condenser etc.and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Opening and removing the Compressor, Condensor coil of the Refrigerator of capacity 286 ltrs / 310 ltrs / 350 ltrs of any make, cutting the rusty unserviceable lower portion of the body cover including supply, fabrication and fixing the lower portion made out of MS sheet as per original size and shape, reassembling the refrigerator, scratching out the old paint with emery paper and making the surface smooth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of original shade / coulor on full body of refrigerator by using spray gun and applying anti corrosive black paint with spray maching to compressor and condenser coil complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No 09 above but for capacity of Refrigerator 175 ltrs.

Material and labour for removing the aluminium sheet of Deep freezer of any capacity, removing the existing condenser tube and cleaning the surface with CTC solution and fitting of new copper tube of suitable size including PUF insulation and covering with new aluminum sheet and making the surface as original one complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for flushing out the condensate from gas system by creating vacuum, leakage testing of the system, injecting CTC solution for demoistureing the system and charging R-134 gas upto the required pressure complete all as approved and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable compressor (Sealed unit) from water cooler 40 liters capacity of any make and type and repalacement of new compressor obtained from the factory out let make Copeland/Tecumseh/Whirlpool/LG model KCE 444, AE 4440 YGS including suitable relay, over load and starting/running capacitor, flushing out the old bunt condensite from the gas system by vacuumisation, cleaning the system by CTC solution, pressure testing of the system, gas charging with R-134 gas upto the desired pressure, testing & commissioning the water cooler complete all as directed.

Taking out the unserviceable compressor (Sealed unit) from water cooler 60/120 liters capacity of any make and type and repalacement of new compressor obtained from the factory out let make Copeland/Tecumseh/Whirlpool/LG model KCE 443, AKR 4460 including suitable relay, over load and starting/running capacitor flushing out the old burnt condensafe from the gas system by vacuumisation, cleaning the system by CTC solution , pressure testing of the system, gas charging with R-134a gas upto the desired pressure, testing & commissioning the water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable compressor (Sealed unit) from water cooler 150 liters capacity of any make and type and repalacement of new compressor obtained from the factory out let make Copeland/Tecumseh/Whirlpool/LG, model ACJ 513, AW 1000, including suitable relay, over load and starting/running capacitor flushing out the old burnt condensafe from the gas system by vacuumisation, cleaning the system by CTC solution , pressure testing of the system, gas charging with R-134a/22 gas upto the desired pressure, testing & commissioning the water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Deep freezer Stainless Steel body of size 3FeetX2FeetX2.5 Feet (lengthxbreadthxHeight) unit with Cooling Coil, and complete tank of GI sheet including heavy duty copper tubing and PUF insulation complete all as approved and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Compressor / fan motor/ copper cable /copper condensor of Deep Freezer shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as Supply and Fixing . (ii) The rate of Deep freezer Stainless steel body unit , New copper cooling coil and complete GI tank including heavy duty copper tubing, nuts , bolts & washers is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for cutting of burnt transformer of Voltage stablizer 4 KVA to 5 KVA capacity and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire of the existing guage, including varnishing, suitable PCB, Repacement of relay unit, voltmeter complete providing all high grade material and class 'B' varnish for insulation material including assembling and all incoming and out going connection of stablizer and testing upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The rate of Material and Labour of super enamlled copper winding wire , High grade material class 'B' varnish is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account (ii) The T & P/Vehicle will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to carry for repair to local market and back and the cost is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) Sample and Make of super enamlled copper winding wire and varnish high grade material and class 'B' shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
