Regular operation of tube wells installed with pumping machineries with round the clock monitoring, including complete repair and maintenance of pump set with cost of material and labour required for repairing rewinding lowering and un-lowering etc. The scope of work also includes repair and maintenance of panel board main switches kit Kates Electric connections service cable and submersible cables inclusive of cost of material and labour required for uninterrupted functioning of tube wells lt is also inclusive of complete repair and maintenance of pipes connected with pump and motor its replacement if required regular upkeeping of log-book etc and other works as mentioned in tender document scope of work complete in all respect and as directed by engineer in charge.

Regular operation and maintenance of pump houses located at WSS Complex The work includes operation of distribution line main valves for daily supply of water of the Industrial Area at supply times specified by corporation, Regular Operation of pump house installed with existing centrifugal Monoblock pump motors with round the clock monitoring including complete repair and maintenance of pump sets connecting suction delivery pipes jointing material panel main switches kit Kates Electric connections service cable including cost of material and labour required for repairing rewinding removal and replacement etc for uninterrupted functioning of Electric Panels and Pump sets with regular up-keepment of log-books repair of leakages in pump glans and MS Cl AC Pipeline system inside of WSS Campus complete Regular chemical dosing in CWR maintaining general cleanliness at pump house and WSS Campus complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.

Repair and maintenance of existing distribution rising main pipe line system consisting of AC Pressure Pipeline PVC UPVC HDPE CI DJ Lines for maintaining smooth water supply in area covered under the scope of work The scope of work includes timely repairing of leakage in all existing distribution rising main pipeline of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil hard soil including cutting of Bituminous Cement Concrete WBM WMM surface at any site of work at no extra cost It is also inclusive of cutting of pipe ends fixing of pipe pieces with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling the pit trench by excavated soil by ramming it at all sides of pipes upto ground level Contractor will do dewatering at his own level by making necessary arrangements if required Contractor will use their own T and P however the pipe line and jointing materials sluice valves etc shall be provided by the Corporation but the contractor shall have to deposit the damaged material in RIICO store But no additional payment shall be made on account of transportation.

Regular Operation & Maintenance including watch & ward of IP-65/66 protected 80-90 watts LED street lights luminaire and fixtures on existing tubular/PCC poles with bracket including all required material, wiring, underground cables and panels etc. complete in all respect at Industrial Area as per enclosed terms & conditions and direction of Engineer-InCharge. as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Regular Operation & Maintenance of following street lights luminaire on existing high masts poles with bracket including all required material, wiring, underground cables, panels, watch & ward etc. complete in all respect at the Industrial Area as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge and enclosed terms & conditions: High Mast Lights 160 watt x 12 Lights on each Pole as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Maintenance of plantation in roadsides/medians/existing parks/ open area including replacement of damaged plant, maintenance of parks, with watering as per desired frequency (including cost of water), giving required dose of pesticides/fertilizer/manure/anti termite treatment as per requirement, removal of dead leaves, pruning, trimming, etc. with all labour, brooms, tools, etc. including lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected by sweeping from parks by engaging wheel barrow / trolly as per requirement of site and as direct by engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect. As per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Regular desilting cleaning of existing effluent storm water carrying drainage system all types of section of small (open/covered/box type) drains of Industrial areas The scope of work includes regular cleaning of drains, approaches and cross drainage works (slab/box/hume pipe) upto bed level of the drain, culvert, CD work complete in all respect to ensure the uninterrupted flow in the drainage system of Industrial Area throughout the year. The work also includes proper disposal of Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc and transportation of the same with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal site or outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The adjoining sides of the drain should be properly cleaned and dressed after removal of the Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 of RFP document and directions of EIC.Note: Complete desilting of drains, approaches & CD works shall be done twice in a year. Initially in first 03 monthsfrom the date of commencement of work and then after 06 months of initial desilting. However, uninterrupted flow in drains shall be maintained throughout the year.

Collection of domestic waste garbage and non-industrial solid waste generated from all allottees of entire industrial area on daily basis from door to door of allottees by suitable commercial vehicle with hopper arrangement. The real time monitoring shall be done through using Geo-Fencing & RFID Based Monitoring System. Installation cost of RFID Card shall be borne by the Firm. Firm shall install different colored RFID Card for Residential, Commercial and Industrial establishments. The waste collected will be transported and disposed of in proper manner by the agency at its own level and cost, to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in-charge Terms and conditions enclosed. as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Regular Cleaning and upkeeping of all ROW area of roads including sweeping of road carriageway, jungle clearance & dressing of roadsides by Mechanised/manual means with all T&P, labour etc. The scope of work shall include :a) Cleaning/sweeping of road carriageway by mechanical/manual meansb) Clearing of jungle/vegetation from roadsides &lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected by cleaning/sweeping from roadside area (complete RoW) by engaging wheelbarrow / trolly as per requirement of site.c) Dressing of roadsides by mechanical/manual means & removal of unsuitable soil, overburden etc. complete ensuring that proper slope towards the storm water drain from road carpet as well as plot boundary is maintained so that there is no accumulation of water in RoW.d) Any other work related to maintaining cleanliness in RoW and as directed by engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 of RFP document and directions of EIC.Note: RoW to be cleaned on weekly basis.
