REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, LEAKAGE/ SEEPAGE, SUNKEN TREATMENT, SANITARY FITTINGS, CI/ PVC PIPES AT RS COLABA AND RASHI AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II NAVY NAGAR

Demolition of existing treatment of roof any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil, grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and 1:30 slope to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.(ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/RCC surface making surface completely dry and applying primer till the surface is properly impreganted.water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thick ( weighting not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm on prepared suface after the primer has dried the membrane will be laid by torching to the surface as per manufacturer instruction and under strict supervisition .APP polymeric water proofing membrane shall consist of center core of 160 GSM Non Woven polyester mat protected on both side with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be procted both side with thermo fusible HMHDPE film having the technical specification, laying procedure , overlap fusing methology and treatment around rain water pipe spout and tank stagging and similar location as per zonal specfication .After laying membrane apply a layer of blown biumen (conforming to IS 702) 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm with blinding material such as sand in dry condition @ .5 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as coping ,roof padding, in roof kerb or mud stops ,water through and like including weathering,silghtly rounded or chamfered angle and throating with necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs , including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in C:M 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime/cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
