12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Jet Black & Brilliant White)
