Ceiling Paint Finish: Supply and painting tractor emulsion with 1 coat of primer 2 coats for wall putty for levelling, sanding and 2 coats of colour paint as per the design approved by the architect or site incharge including labor material, cleaning, scrubbing, tools, sanding, masking tape, scaffolding and complete works. Data 2024-25

Gypsum False Celling: Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board ceiling as per the design approved by the Architect or site authority, surfaces in plain including G.I. suspenders forming a grid of intermediate channel with ceiling sections fixed at right angle to the underside of intermediate channels with connecting clips complete as per India Gypsum Technical Manual including finishing with jointing compound and joint paper tapes and fixing of perimeter channel at both ends. Vertical edges to be provided & given Plaster of Paris cornice of approved design of 150x150mm using best quality Plaster of Paris. The rate shall also include cutting the Gypsum board for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same. Wherever perimeter channels are cut in this process, additional support shall be made for proper stability without any extra cost.

PVC False Celling: Providing and fixing imported pvc ceiling as per the design approved by the Architect or site authority, surfaces in plain including G.I. suspenders forming a grid of intermediate channel and pvc base supports either by gypsum board or other make to stick the pvc tiles. with ceiling sections fixed at right angle to the underside of intermediate channels with connecting clips complete including Vertical edges to be provided & given plaster of paris cornice of approved design of The rate shall also include cutting the PVC for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same. Whereever perimeter channels are cut in this process, additional support shall be made for proper stability without any extra cost.

Grid Celling: Providing and fixing 600mmx600mm Armstrong ceiling tiles as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority, exposed grid system with 15mm wide T-section flanges, wihite colour 15mm gird to comprise main runners spaced at The last hanger at the end of each main hanger should not be greater than 600mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting and cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm modules. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support.The rate shall include cutting of the tiles for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same.

Carpet: Providing and fixing carpet flooring of imported loopile nylon type carpet as per the design and colour approved by the Architect/site incharge complete in all respect including fixing of 5 mm thick poly urethene foam rolls below the carpet. Rates quoted should include cost of adhesives, fixing, cutting of carpet etc complete in all respects.

Fluted Panel: Supply and installation of imported PVC fluted panels as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority including necessary aluminium supports from the wall backing or studding with screws, frameworks, wastages and complete works.

Open Shelves: Marine plywood 16mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood factory made shelves type with 0.8 laminates with edge bands matching laminates and additional ledge supports from the wall 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to aluminium framework, backing or studding with screws, ledge rods, hadwares, pasting etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge. Closed cabinets: Marine plywood 16mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood factory made box type with mitter cuts suitable dummies at handle side of the doors including 0.8 laminates on both sides, 2mm edge bands matching the laminates and plywood 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to aluminium framework/wpc board on wall side, backing or studding with screws, hadwares, handles, pasting etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge. Golden Vertical Strips: supply and installation of T type gold finisg beading 25mm thick 6 m deep including edge cutting pasting and complete works.

Texture Paint Finish: Supply and fixing texture paint as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority including sanding, tools, scaffolding and complete works.

Acoustic Panel: supply and installation of acoustic panel as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority with wall paneling , plywood framing from walls, filled woolen layer, 500 GSM, 50mm thick fibre wool or equivalent NRC for sound absorption and 1mm thick accoustic fabric of approved color and design finished be stabling, scaffolding, cutting, cleaning and complete works. Sliding Door: supply and installation of commercial plywood make sliding and folding type doors as per the design approved by the architect and authorities includig sliding mechanism with gears, tracks, necessary hinges and hardwares, cleaning, scaffoldiing and complete works.

Wall Ledges 01 (2.0x0.20x0.05): supply and installation of 16mm thick factory made commercial marine plywood confirming IS 710 code including edge banding, 0.8mm on both sides, hardwares, ledge rods, necessary supports and misc. all complete works.

Executive Table: Supply and installation of factory made/ ready made and assemble type executive table as per the design and architectural diagram approved by the Architect or Authority including table tom 12mm plain glass as per design with keyboard accessories, wire manager cut on both wood and glass. ply make shall be IS 710 water proof board with 0.8mm laminates covered both sides, 2mm suitable edgebanding, necessary hardwares, 12mm PVC bushes at bottom and handles complete works.

Executive Chair: Supply and fixing of readymade Hi-back rolling type pvd coated metal base (black finish) with adjustable arm rest executive chair as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.

Executive Visitors Chairs: Supply and fixing of readymade fixed type visitor chair with jute finish upholstery with foam cushion, pvd coated metal base (black finish) as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.

Cove lights: Supply and installation of lights as per the design for ceiling 18 watts led natural white 3000k with proper casing alligned and adjusted at the suitable position reccessed inside the gypsum false ceiling for uniform light distribution with suitable slim type power drivers wich is placed near at any of main lightinng for ease access and maintenance.

Profile lights: Supply and installation of lip type 16mm thick 8mm depth aluminium profile lights as per the design for ceiling 240 LED 24 watts led natural white 4000k with proper acrylic cap concealed in gypsum false ceiling for uniform light distribution with suitable slim type power drivers wich is placed near at any of main lightinng for ease access and maintenance.

Track light: Supply and installation of track type architectural 18 watts 4000k natural white tone black body trak lighting make of FULUX/Futura/Philips with minimum 2 years service/replacable warranty and complete works.

Electrical Additional: Supply and wiring for all light fixtures at false ceiling portion from the near by distribution boxes including wiring/cabling with cable trays wherever needed. Rate should be inclusive of labor and material with proper insulators, fire retardant hoses, scoffolding and complete works. Wire thickness shall be of (1.5, 2, 2.5 sq.mm) with respect to the fittings and accessories for light fittings.
