Providing and fixing angle iron Brackets for hanging electric/telicommunication cable in Utility Duct, mild steel Angle sections of size35x35x6mm inside concrete and 75x75x6 mm outside of concrete, including fixing of necessary T & P and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. as per DAR item no. 10.31 (base)

Providing and laying matt finished Rectified tile of size 300x300x15mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. as per DAR item no. 16.89

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom..

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH Hot mix HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix , transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder & waste plastic shreded material as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Installation of a steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300 mm wide, 2.5 m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2 coats) with yellow and white stripes, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, 'A' frame painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001 Installation of a steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300 mm wide, 2.5 m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2 coats) with yellow and white stripes, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, 'A' frame painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001

Providing, laying and making kerb channel 30 cm wide and 150 mm thick with cement concrete M-20 over 100mm Bed 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , including finishing the top smooth etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing HDPE Pipe as per IS:4984:1995, SDR 21 DN 110mm (OD) dia. Material grade PE 100 OR PE 63 and Pressure Ratings : PN 5 OR PN 6 and wall thickness 7.70 to 8.60mm incl. material, labour T&P etc for proper completion of the work.

Supply & Fixing HDPE Pipe as per IS:4984:1995, SDR 21 DN 160mm (OD) dia. Material grade PE 100 OR PE 63 and Pressure Ratings : PN 6 OR PN 4 and wall thickness 7.70 to 8.60mm incl. material, labour T&P etc for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x15mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing M.S. foot rests including labour, material T&P etc for proper completion of the work.

Supplying and fixing Ductile iron Grating rectangle without frame 150x150mm (as per EN-124) for Long Tail Bend 88D , 100mm dia as per IS 15905), the weight of grating to be not less than 5 kg. Long Tail Bend Jointed by Shielded coupling (SS-304) 100mm dia

Supply & Fixing Ductile inspection cover with frame i/c labour, material, T&P etc for proper completion of the work. Frame outer size 1150x1150mm and 75 mm height including Ductile cover with frame (light duty) 1000x1000 mm internal dimensions class B-125(medium Duty) confirming to EN-124 Standards, with hinge, including painting with black bituminous paint coating thickness of 50 microns material shall be of Grade SG 500/7 as per IS-1865, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 125 kg.

Supply & Fixing Ductile inspection cover with frame i/c labour, material, T&P etc for proper completion of the work. Frame outer size 560x560 mm and 40 mm height including Ductile cover with frame (light duty) 450x450 mm internal dimensions class A-15 (Light Duty) confirming to EN-124 Standards, with hinge, including painting with black bituminous paint coating thickness of 50 microns material shall be of Grade SG 500/7 as per IS-1865, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 22 kg.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.
