Contract No: LBPK/GREENCO/LT/02/2022-23 ; Tender ID : 2023_ERO_162457_1 Important Notes: 1. Name of the bidder must be provided at appropriate place in price bid. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in highlighted cells, without changing any format. 2. The rates are inclusive of all Taxes and Duties, but exclusive of GST only . GST as applicable, will be paid extra as per actuals. Present rate of GST for the tendered job is @ 18% which will be added on the quoted rate while arriving at the work order value. 3. Before quoting rate, the tenderer should be well acquainted about the job specifications and scope of works. 4. L1 will be decided on the basis of Lowest Quoted Rate . GST will be added to arrive at the contract value. 5. Duly filled price bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. In case of uploading Price-Bid in any place other than Financial Packet, entire bid of tenderer will be liable for rejection.
