M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 01 Nos Air conditioning plants having 2X55 TR Air cooled chiller & 02 X AHUs of capacity 55 TR, 10000 CFM including and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system, checking of refrigerant gas pressure, capillary tube, coils as per AC plant, checking functioning of all motorised actuator/ control valve in supply and return duct damper connected to AHU ,opening of all Y-strainer and cleaning of all strainer with suitable chemical installed at Kanasar Mil Stn, by OEM service professional for smooth and efficient functioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor shall submit the serviceability report.

M&L for draining/cleaning/flushing the Hot water generator tank and their water storage tank at roof of 55 TR Plant, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line and all valves and making hot water pump functional with proper necessary servicing by using CTC chemical and making operational complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of all pre fine filter Qty 6 (610x610x50mm-04 Nos & 305 x 610 x 50mm-02 Nos), fresh air filters Qty 6 (610x610-04 Nos & 305x610-02 Nos) and one fresh air filters (apprx size 200x150mm) as existing of rectangular shape of AHUs of capacity 55 TR, 10000 CFM as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of Scroll hermatic Commercial compressor of Nominal capacity 25TR, 2900 RPM, COP 3.43 W/W, EER 11.7 Btu/h/W, Power input 22.83 kW, Nominal cooling capacity 78.2 kW, RLA 49.3 A, electronic module for reverse rotaion protection, thermally protected System with initial compressor Oil 320SZ and refrigerant R22/R407C charge and compressor terminal box according to IEC 529 is IP 54 including taking down old unserviceable compressor complete as existing Make Danfoss and Model No. SY300A4PBE complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and charging of refrigerant R22/407C gas as per standard of UNEP or ISHRAE complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement (micro computer control) microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card with RAM (control system with mother board) including display with suitable cord installed in 55 TR chiller unit of make Blue star model XAC2YS-060 having 3 Nos scroll compressor for controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.
