Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Inverter split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR with cooling function above energy efficiency ratio (EER) 3.5 , 5 star rated invertor with cordless remote control unit and in built air ioniser, plasma filter for better indoor air quality minimum 5 star rated suitable for wall mounted, single phase, 230/250 Volt AC,100% copper coil including cutting hole in existing wall for fixing indoor and outdoor unit and making good to disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:2 after commissioning, making necessary connections, unplasticised 20 mm dia PVC pipe medium grade for draining out condensed water of required length as per site requirement including necessary connection with 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper cable of suitable length,copper tube with insulation, fixing bracket and other accessories as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Carrier/Daikin/Voltas/Blue Star as approved. Note :- Installation and commissioning is to be carried out through OEM or authorised service centre / dealer.

Supply, insatllation , testing and commissioning of step down transformer of capacity 200 KVA outdoor type complete with standard fitting accessories, HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 4 wire, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage + 7.5 % with tappings at every 2.5 % all as per latest IS 1180-Part-I 2014, BEE level 2 (ISI marked), copper wound oil cooling with fins vector Group: DYN 11, including initial oil filling complete all as specified and as directed including the following accessories:- (a) One cable box HT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rod complete with nuts and wahsers suitable for run of 03 core HT UG cable (b) one cable box LT side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT under ground cables (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (e) Explosion vents (f) Thremometer pocket on tank cover
