Casting of precast cement concrete slabs of size 30cm x 30cm x 15 Cm in Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4 (One cement, Two m.sand and Four aggregate) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly and mixing the concrete and laying the concrete in steel moulds after oiling them properly at casting yard and vibrating finishing the top surface smoothly placing the slab along with the mould and base plate in the casting year, removing the mould carefully after initial setting, placing, the slab in the curing bond after 24 hours from the time of casting, removing, them from the curing, pond after 7 days of curing, stacking them in the stacking yard with in a lead of 100m and curing them from the full period by sprinkling water as directed by the Departmental Officers. Then conveying the precast Cement concrete slabs from the casting yard as specified in the leads statement to the work site including all charges such as for loading at casting yard, conveying the slabs and unloading to the work site and laying the precast cc slabs in the slope of the canal / river to the correct alignment and section of the canal / river with joints not exceeding 6mm, packing with Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three m.sand) and doing simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar to full depth of slabs and finishing neatly and curing for 21 days as directed the Departmental Officers excluding the sleeper and the charges for laying the binders if any involved in the work complying with standard specification. Water proofing compound used in Cement Mortar etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Formation of binder wall of Size 30cm width and 45cm depth using PCC slabs of size 30cmx30cmx15cm as per Standard specification CC Blocks (Including casting, conveyance and laying) for 1Rm etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head Set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 16mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.20x0.30m, 2 Nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including coat of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Horn Type Head Set Assembly heavy duty (approximate 150 kg) consist of the bottom and top portions made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut made up of gunmetal threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head Set Assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head aset assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC blcak paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding of hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild Steel angle 3 Nos. on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with tw0 coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size above to 1.00 m and upto 2.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and horizontally stiffened with 100x50 mm Mild Steel channel at an interval not more that 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper positing by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.
