M&L for painting the outdoor unit of split AC of any capacity/any make and its stand by synthetic enamel spray paint as existing colour and writing MES No all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing the unserviceable blower motor from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and M&L for rewinding of blower motor, single phase, with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of gunmetal bush of suitable size, cleaning, greasing and refixing of motor, connecting up all including testing and refixing complete.

M&L for Removing the unserviceable Blower motor from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and Supply and fix in replacement Blower motor suitable for Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton out door unit single ended or double ended shaft as per existing one. Make: AUE/ Marathon Electric or equivalent

M&L for Removing the UNSV compressor from Split type AC and supply and fix new compressor suitable for 2 Ton split type A/C all including fixing in original position, connecting up, testing, gas charging, pressure testing, cleaning, condensing and cooling coils, welding, bracing and also including required length of capacity tube and strainer/filter and painting of base plate complete all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar/Tecumseh/Voltas or equivalent

S&F in replacemnt the copper piping (suction and discharge) and power cable including the thermal insulation all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Servicing and cleaning of the water cooler/ refrigerator of any capacity any make by removing dust with suitable method, cleaning of water tank, inlet and outlets including leak proofing/ repairing of storage tank, necessary repairs to wiring of the water cooler unit (I.e) internal wiring connections to compressor, condenser motor etc., supply and replacement of damaged hinges, nuts, bolts, clamps, washers, screws, tightening of loose parts, servicing of condenser motor by oiling, greasing, required welding/bracing to the any part of the water cooler, repairs to chromium plated drain tray, replacement of worn out mounting rubber bushes of condenser motor/compressor, setting of thermostat, relay, knobs, checking for any leakages, scrap out rust and dust from body of water cooler complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to voltage stabilizer of capacity 4/5 KVA of any type including checking the PCB control board,internal wiring,cutouts and rectify the defects all as directed.

M&L for Taking down old UNSV thermal insulation and Supply and fix and new thermal insulating puf for suction and discharge copper tubes of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 1.5/2.0 TR, neatly tying the ends with PVC insulation tape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pumping down the AC, taking carefully the indoor and outdoor units of split AC along with voltage stablizer of capacity upto 1.5/2.0 TR by disconnecting all electrical connections, suction and discharge lines from its installed position and shifting to another location, making hole into brick/stone wall & filling back with white cement where directed and installing the indoor and outdoor units alongwith stablizer at specified location and connecting all the electrical, suction and discharge lines, topping up the gas as required and testing on completion for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Gas, Copper tube, Insulation puff, Connecting wire as required additional shall be measured seperately under relevant item).

M&L for Taking down the corroded outdoor unit of split AC of any capacity, tinkering the corroded sheet metal parts, bottom base, angle iron frame, fan motor base plate, side covers, legs, door etc. with appropriate gauge MS sheet, angles by welding and brazing, renewal of nuts and bolts sheets metal screws, re-assembling, preparing the surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including renewal of door gasket where ever required and transportation all as specified and as directed.
