Note for item No. 01 to 29 : Work shall be executed up to G+3 storeyed bldg. Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary scafolding where ever required.

M&L preparation of old decorated surface of walls including removing of existing nails and filling of holes, crack with wallcare putty where required & making good to the surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as directed.

Complete removal of the existing treatment on walls by scrapping and washing down with water including making good the surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty to achieve smooth level surface and treating the surface with two coats of oil bound distamper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including corinces, pillasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on any surfaces, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including preparation of surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as directed.

Resecuring the shutters of any description of area exc 1sqm and n exc 2sqm each after carrying out necessary repair complete all as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,any shade or colour , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured rectified tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X300X7 mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat including dismantling existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting,rounding edges and polishing laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing stone slab/ tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding and polishing complete including cutting,rounding edges and polishing laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing stone slab/ tile complete all as directed.

Digging out and removing sunken floor filling and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 250m away from the outer edge of bldg complete all as directed.

M&L for pain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed. Make:- SCOT NO 1/ ACCOPROOF/ IMPERMO

M&L for applying two coats of NITOBOND SBR polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1mm, 1st Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Water 2 Ltrs, Cement 3 Kg) Second Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Cement 3 Kg) applied thoroughly without any traces of dirt or laitance as in sunken floors complete all as directed.

Taking down existing IWC along with its cement concrete bedding and P or S trap and S&F Orissa pattern vitreous china squatting pan white of size 580x440mm with integral footrest (Excluding flushing cistern and flush pipes) but including concrete bedding and P or S trap as required including PVC flush pipe, making good all the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC flushing cistern high/low level with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including fitting and fixtures and taking down the old damaged cisterns and providing connections to WC and flush pipe without any damage to the existing fittings complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bib tap, short body, standard of PTMT, any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 105gms) complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia Angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including CP waste coupling & brackets and fixed complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel sink of 1.0mm thick for kitchen with out drain board of overall size 495x420mm & bowl size of 410x330mmx160mm incl all necessary fixing arrangements as required at site complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel sink 1.0mm thick for kitchen with drain board of overall size 915x460mm & bowl size of 410x330mmx160mm incl all necessary fixing arrangements as required at site complete all as directed.

Supply and Laying of CPVC Pipes outer dia 16mm dia & including all types fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all fiitings as specified

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes outer dia 20 mm, & including all types fittings SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs stainless steel plate rack of size 30"x36"x10" made out of 1mm thick sheet ISI marked complete all as directed. Make:- DIAMOND / NIRALI

S&F for Grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 125 gms) fixing with white cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layeres (ISI marked) capacity 1000ltr (cylindrical vertical with threaded lid) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.
