S&F Sub main wiring using two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2x 4 .0 Sq.mm of voltage rating 1100V & drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit of dia not less than 20mm with standard accessories, alongwith one run of FRLS PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 1x4.0 Sq.mm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note-Two runs of single core PVC cable 4.0 Sq.mm with one run of 4.0 Sq.mm as earth wire conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

S & F factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution Board SPN 8 ways 240 Volt grade (SPN MCB DB) with double door ( IP-43 protection ) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removeable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall including cornices pilasters and apply two coats of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of 1.5 mm thick wall care puttyr as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum circuit breaker having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, the circuit shall comply with the requirements of the latest edition of IS: 13118/1991 or IEC-62271-100, The circuit breakers shall be with vaccum insulation medium and shall be indoor, floor mounted draw out type with overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, and of rating upto 400 Amp, 13 KA/3 Sec rated short time current, Motor operated manual operated closing method, Mannual emergency closing method, auxillary voltage for closing and tripping coils shall be 240 Volt DC, Auxillary voltage spring charging motor shall be 240 V, AC, 50 Hz with voltage variation +10% and -15% working at maximum ambient temperature 50 degree celcius alongwith set of CT's of ratio 10/5-5+5, class accuracy, 5VA burdens for metering and relay operation, with numerical relay for O/C + EF operation complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of any Adaptor panel required to connect with existing VCB panel. 2. The contractor shall obtain approval of detailed specification of VCB by GE before placing of order.

Design, fabrication, supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made floor mounted LT cubical panel board in door type (double door) made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed with necessary ventilations, weather, dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening and locking arrangement 415Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz having Copper bus bar of capacity 400 Amps and full neutral duly colour coded and for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve hearing short circuit current with stand minimum 35 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , panel board shall be grouted in the ground with suitable size of foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, MS channels for base frame 50x50x6 mm and supports, GI nut, bolts, washers etc. The panel board shall be powder coated and red oxided primed :- (a) MCCB 4P, 200A, 36KA -01 No (b) The following items are provided in one compartment :- (i) Digital Voltmeter - 01 No (ii) Digital Ameter - 01 No (iii) Three Indiaction LED Lamp with warning - Set of 03

Supply, commissioning, erecting and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set of capacity 100 KVA or next higher capacity, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Gwalior including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- (A) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to IS:10000/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended up to date, for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 Hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged having adequate BHP to drive alternator 125 KVA or next higher capacity at outdoor atmostpheric conditions at Gwalior fitted with the following accessories subject to the design of manufacturer:

(i) Radiator cooling (ii) Radiator fan with guard (iii) Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Air cleaner oil bath type (v) Vacuum indicator (vi) Electronic governor class 1A (vii) Exhaust silencer (viii)Fuel filter & fuel hoses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan & water pump assembly (xi) Lub oil filter & Pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH DC or as per manufacturers requirement including interconnecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch, volt meter etc - 01 Set. (B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL digital type indicating the following:- (i) Starting switch on/off (ii) Water temp guage (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure (v) Lub oil temperature (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure (C)ALTERNATOR:- Alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brushless for 100 KVA or next higher capacity continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 Volts, 50 Hz, Three Phase, 4 Wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +/-1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming to IS-13364 complete-01 No Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site conditions. (D) Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel leak proof PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti vibration pad all as per the recommendation of the manufacturer-01 Number (E) Bottom mounted (or as per manufacturer design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 12 Hour continous operation inside canopy with fuel level gauge, drain plug, locking arrangement etc with and including GI pipe connection duly laid as per Engineering practice complete.
