Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of substations located at technical area once in a month as per Engr-in-charge's instructions by applying cloth for removing dirt on all the equipments located inside the sub stations and removing all the grass weeds/vegetation with roots or by applying spray of Herbicides. Note:-(i) Total 12 Nos E/M Sub Station/Installation cleaning will be carried out once in a month and the same will be measured as one job. (ii) The rate for labour/herbicides to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The quoted rate shall also include the rate of materials like cottton, Broom, MAFF, Stick for mounting Broom, Phenol which are required for the cleaning of installations.

Preparing of old faded paint surface and painting with paint to existing LT RCC/Steel tubular poles of size 9 m long up to the height of 1.2 m from the bottom with approved white and blue colour alternatively including pole number with paint same as existing earlier complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing of old faded painted surface of 9 m long steel tubular pole complete including all accessories such as cross arms, bracings, brackets etc and painitng with two coats of aluminium paint of approved make including writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and aking down the complete high mast tower 16 to 20 mtr height by removing bolts and nuts at the bottom with the help of crane/motor and removing the worn out /cut stainless steel GI wire unservicable pulley,shafts checknuts etc including fixing new spares,applying grease, checking and rectifying mechanical and electrical connections and re-erecting the same after making functional of all components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Note:(i) Necessary Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item/items of the schedule. The rate for minor spares necessary for carryingout the repair work which are all not covered under the schedule shall also deemed to be included the quoted rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of all manpower including technicians, crane operator etc. and all tools and plants including crane/motor required to carryout above work. (iii) The light assembly shall also be checked twice in the contract period other than the repairing time by taking down the light assembly from top to bottom and taking up to the original position (i.e. from bottom to top) after completing the repair work if any including checking the serviceability of high mast operating mechanism.
