Supply & Fix aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) over head conductors (weasel) of size 6/1 x 2.59mm dia, drawn on existing HT/ LT poles, bringing the sag within limit and fixing on Insulator/ cross arms Jumpering with binding wire with 16 SWG aluminium wire and providing alkathin pipe of approved quality for jumpers, reconnecting the service connections after removing the carbon material complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only PVC underground cable of 2core, 10sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed. Note for ser item No 11 to 18: XLPE cable shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as “free for fixing” only

Laying only PVC underground cable of 3.5core, 185sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only LED type post top lantern fitting of any capacity at any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) LED post top lantern fittings shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as “free for fixing” only. (ii) Quoted rate are deemed to be included of necessary T&P and misc fixing arrangements required at site and testing complete.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 125 Amps, 50Hz 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16KA after removing the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 400 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 630 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 36 KA complete after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height & 65mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade on existing cross arms on LT pole after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LT Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm high and 90mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31mm x 3mm and 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts or 50mm x 6mm size flat iron ’D’ clamp etc. for working pressure 1100 volts grade on existing cross arms on LT pole after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing old stay assembly complete including all accessories complete from position carefully complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 in SSR Part-I (2009) with stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow (4000 x 14), stay plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm threaded twin nuts and bolts galvanized thimble (2 Nos), up to 19mm dia, clamp made out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete will be measured separately under respective items of schedule ’A’

Material and labour for loop type insulator porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanised stay strand of size 7/2.5mm including necessary binding, strengthening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20cm x 15cm size including dismantling the old unserviceable notice board complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches along the sides of HT/LT overhead lines to have a clear clearance of 3 Mtr all along the overhead conductor for the branches having girth not exceeding 20cm and removing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil including cutting shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, weeds and trees upto 30cm girth, sweeping in transformer yard and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m away from the yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 50mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of existng old painted surface of LT/HT Pre-streesed cement concrete electric pole/ struts of any height and painted complete with two coats of weather proof cement base paint after preparation of PCC/RCC surface and one coats of aluminium paint over red oxide on steel structure / cross arms and clamps etc, and painting of black and yellow alternative strips of 30 cm width each all around the poles up to 1.5 M height from ground level/top of PCC copping including writing MES LT/HT feeder No and pole No (in capital letters) stencil cut in decorative manner on pole using Fluorescent paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of existng old painted surface of any description such as LT/HT steel tubular electric pole/ struts of any height and painted complete including cross arms bracing clamps etc with one coats of aluminium paint over redoxide primer and painting of black and yellow alternative strips of 30 cm width each all around the poles up to 1.5 M height from ground level/top of PCC copping including writing MES LT/HT feeder No and pole No (in capital letters ) stencil cut decorative manner on pole using Fluorescent paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel of any size and capacities, and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint of same colour as existing colour on both sides and internal partitions by spray paint, including repair of panel door’s nut & bolts/hinges by welding and jointing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate are deemed to be included of welding work, replacement of hinges and misc items like bolts, Nuts etc complete required at site.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of a coat of red oxide primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below natural ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I, connecting to main switch board/ main DB’s earthing test point all as specified or indicated including necessary earth work/excavation in any type of strata, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, provision of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and wall of earth pit, RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab 50mm thick with 6mm dia MS bar @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable lifting handle, charcoal dust and common salt mixed and packed in 150mm thick layer all around the earth plate, funnel with watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh and copper lugs etc.and lead protection pipe GI light grade 15mm dia up to 7.5metre from electrode and engraving of earth marking on nearby structure/building with cement motor 1:4 plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 15mm thick and writing of earth results with paint complete including testing after completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- On testing if desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done on no extra cost.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Pre-stressed concrete poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head conductor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation & foundation concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ.

Material and labour for spreading stone aggregate 40 mm size not less than 15 cm thick around 2/4 pole structers and ramming it to a true level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Re-streaching of old ACSR conductor on LT/ HT pole for 3/5 Nos of conductors comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/ copper/ GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting/ trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear clearance to over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed.

Dismentaling of LT Panels/Feeder pillar box / meter control panel any type and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning semi-concealed / concealed type rust proof, weather proof, water proof cubicle meter control board CPRI approved, factory fabricated totally enclosed, double door front openable, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet metal of suitable size with independent compartments with necessary sealing arrangements, hinged panel board opening handles, locking arrangements, fully compartments used cut to size rivetted, welded, bent to shape and cubical fabricated truly to box type, dust proof and vermin proof, provide sufficient circuiar holes at the bottom sheet and top for entry of plated cable glands and aluminium lugs suitable for incoming and outgoing cables with and including entire cubical is painted with two coats of siemens grey colour over a coat of primer and comprising with following accessories complete all as specified:-

Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be included of taking down old and fixing new changeover switch including misc additional / altration works if any required at site including misc items like bolts, nuts etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix On load Changeover switch 200 Amps 4 pole, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 hz panel mounted type with enclosure of suitable size including replacement of old unserviceable changeover switch, connecting with cable by terminating proper lugs and testing commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rate is deemed to be included of taking down old and fixing new changeover switch including misc additional / altration works if any required at site including misc items like bolts, nuts etc all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 30 cm for pipes up to 100 mm dia, 60 cm for pipes from 150 mm to 200 mm dia and 75 cm for pipes above 250 mm dia and filling back with excavated soil up to 75 % road portion and 25 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and applying bitumin to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
