Maintenance & servicing of DG set of any make, type, model as per set norms of the original manufacturer set and by the authorised rep of the company after unscrewing nut, bolts, screws etc. for servicing, maintenance, tigthtening, adjustment & cleaning of all moving and stationary parts of DG set, complete and segregating the parts for repair/ refixing/ replacing of capacity 40 KVA , complete all as specified and directed. Make of DG sets :- kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/Ruston/Ashok Leyland /Cummins Note: The quoted rate includes the following: (a) Taking down of unserviceable parts. (b) Any minor repair, replacement of minor parts such as screws, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning & greasing etc. of DG set parts. (c) Defective parts/ engine oil to be replaced will be measured & paid separately under supply only item as apended below.

Material and labour for taking out radiator and repairing/brazing to make it leakage free, cleaning and re-fixing the radiator including testing for DG set capacity 15KVA to 40KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but DG set capacity 63KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only lubricant oil (Engine oil) (Grade as recommended by the manufacturer of DG set and as approved) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing in replacement maintenance free batteries, 12 Volts, 180AH, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, battery lead not less than 1.5mtr long, made out of 50Sqmm copper cable with terminal of brass with marking (+)/(-) and fixing in position and testing, including taking down and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling, engine coolant in radiators of DG sets as per DG set manufacturer's recommendations at different locations, brought at site in sealed packets, complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance, repair, servicing and calibration of automatic mains failure panel, DC & 415/440 volt AC supply operated system by locating faults and replacement of unserviceable parts and components for DG set 10KVA to 100 KVA and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed. Make of DG sets:- Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/Sudhir/Ashok Leyland Note: The quoted rate includes the following: (a) Taking down of unserviceable parts. Repair of faulty worn out control wiring DC/AC for engine starting and off, with adequate and suitable size copper conductor wire, connected with proper copper lugs & terminals through protection pipe/casing, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of worn out/faulty internal wiring of controls and timers, indicating/measuring instruments through various control fuses and relays with suitable and adequate size of copper conductor wire, connected with suitable copper lugs and terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of worn out small control fuses, indicating lamps, various type of copper lugs, thimbles terminals all as deemed necessary or directed including minor spare parts and components in order to make system serviceable and perfectly in working order , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairing battery charging dynoma including replacing worn out/unserviciable spares up to the capacity of 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairing self starfer including replacing worn out/unserviciable spares up to the capacity of 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for replacing the unserviciable AVR of DG sets up to the capacity of 63KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, Power contractor 3 pole 63 Amps 415 volts operating coil , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, Power contractor 3 pole 100 Amps 415 volts operating coil , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repair to unserviceable street/security lights/Flood lights fittings of LED, of any wattage and size by taking down from poles any size/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, replace the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaninng, refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of parts like drive , will be measured and paid seperatily as supply only (ii) The cost of labour ,tools and minor spares required for replacement of parts shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and Fix PVC insulated stranded copper flexible cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core (from junction box to street light fitting mounted on steel tubular/PCC pole) including taking down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capacity up to 60W complete all as specified and and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capacity up to 70W to 180W complete all as specified and and directed.

S & F KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC , pole mounted, hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp including 6-10 A MCB ,clamps with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer incl dismantling and taking down old unsv junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fully automatic battery charger suitable for 12V/24V battery upto the capacity of 180AH hving Ammiter and charge cut option with suitable leads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 45 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 60 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 120W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 150 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of On-load type Changeover switch 100A, 4-pole, 415 volt, open execution type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Beutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each)- outgoing MCB(3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying old serviceable bricks reused for cable protection complete all as specified and direction.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supplying and fixing Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panel suitable Upto 63KVA DG set Indoor type, self standing front operated, factory made of suitable size dust & vermin proof, fully ventilated front side openable and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet 2 mm thick with base angle iron frame 50mm x50 mmx 5mm. The panel shall be painted with two coats of powder coating after proper chemical pretreatment of Sheet Steel. The Panel shall be provided with suitable size lugs and cable glands for incoming & control cables complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be comprising of the following : (a) Incoming MCCB 125 Amp 4 Pole 25 kA, Adjustable type - 1 No. (b) Bus bar of Copper 200 Amps capacity TPN. Supply & Fix in replacement of street light bracket arm fabricated out of 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade long bend to shape fixed to 9/11 m pole with 2 pair of suitable size clamps fitted with suitable size nuts, bolts washers incl one coat of paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Epoxy Based) and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 16 to 50 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs LED Post top lantern of 1X20 Watt with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover, high efficient LEDs and clear acrylic cover IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for detecting of fault in LT UG cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT cable of any length any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall, under road etc and locate the fault manualy, rectify the defect and relaying cable including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/earth work, joint and any other item shall be measured & paid separately under relevent item .

Making / drilling / boring hole under road / plinth for crossing electrical cables / pipes manualy or with the help of machine as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing outer dia not less than 50 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are deemed to include in this rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI pipe of size 15mm bore, light grade for protection to cable from junction box to street light fixed to street light pole including taking down of old unsv PVC/HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers shall be measured and paid separately under respective itmes of Sch A)

Taking out alternator from DG set, of cap upto 63 transportation to authorised service centre for repair /maintenance and refixing to DG set after winding of stator/rotor part as per fault all as directed and specified.All cost such as tools,labour,transportation deemed to include in quoted rate. Cost of bearing,grease deemed to include in quoted rate.

Material & Labout for replacing the unserviciable Volatge monitoring relay of AMF panel of DG sets up to the capacity of 63KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing in replacement maintenance free batteries, 12 Volts, 130AH, (Minimum 18 Months warranty) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,fixing and caliberation of generator controller of Kirloskar DG set 40 KVA having cat part KG934V1 including complete wiring connection and mking DG set fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 36477.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
