Overhauling and Refurbishing of induction motors 75 HP Capacity by carrying out the following works :- (a) Disconnecting power supply taking out the motors from foundation by dismantling the coupling and shifting to workshop from site. (b) Dismantling the motor assembly , cleaning of winding for all traces of dust & grease and cleaning the inner surfaces by petrol . Pre-heating of stator in the heating chamber at 100C for 4 hour and applying of bectol red finishing varnish over the winding . (c) carrying out mechanical observations for any abnormality of spigot end shields , shafts housing , mounting etc . re-metaling and turning /polishing of shaft if required checking of bearings cleaning & greasing balancing of rotor to assess any vibration and to arrest the same if any and assembling the motor. (d) Final checking of electrical parameters and to test run on No load and measure the N load current , after satisfactory test painting with one coat of enamel paint of exsiting shade. (e) Shifting the motor assembly to the place of work installing on the bed , coupling with pump checking aligning and conductiung load test to the satisfacton of EIC. NOTES :- (i) Transportation and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Major spares like bearings , couplings etc , will be measured and paid under relevent items of this scehdule .

Disconnecting the motor of 75 HP capacity by delinking the pumps set , trasnporting to workshop , opening the motor , removing the unserviceable /burnt windings from the motor stator , cleaning the stator slots with petrol , rewinding with existiung size of copper winding wire , insulating to the , re-assembling , transpoting to site , fixing on foundation , re-connecting the motor and testing at load to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. NOTES :- (i) Transportaion and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Major spares like coupling, bearings etc will be measured and paid under relevent items of this scehdule.

Disconnecting the cenrifugal pump set of 75 HP capacity from motor by dis-engaging the coupling , taking out the pump from the foundation and transporting to the workshop, opening the pump, taking out the shaft along with impeller , removing the foreign materials from the inner casing , cleaning checking for wearing out of the impeller , bearing sleeves shaft etc. replaing the worn out parts , assembling the pump complete by replacing the gasket, nuts bolts washers , greasing , greasing of bearings all as required , transporting pump to the site mounting on base frame , checking for prpoer alignment of pump shaft with motor shaft , adding the the steel sheets as required , checking with dial gauge for correct alignment , connecting the shafts couping and test runing for smooth operation all specified and as directed. NOTES :- (i) Transportation and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Major spares like impeller , sleeves etc will be measured and paid under relevent items of this schedule .

M&L for shifting Submercible pump assy from borewell , shifting to workshop, dismantling the motor , megger testing the motor , removing the burnt damaged winding & rewinding with appropriate size of copper winding wires re-insulation with appropriate class of insulation to the testing of motor .Opening the pump set cleaning the imepllers supplying and fixing required Nos of bearing , bush after removing existing wornt out bush bearing of pumps set up to 08 stages assembling the pumps , reassembling the motor & pump shifting to site and lowering the pump set along with GI pipes & cables including testing complete of 5/^ HP capacity all as directed. Note :- GI Socket heavy duty if required replacement during lifting /lowering of GI pipe /Impellers etc will be measured & paid seperately .
