Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, light fittings etc removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. including paint touch up to match with the existing surface as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCCB/main switch (any type and capacity) and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board with MCBs, switch fuse unit, enclosure and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down Existing old unserviceable submain wiring of any description /type size and removal of UNSV material from site and making good the disturbed surface of walls / ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- charge .

Disconnecting ceiling fans of any sweep and from any height including electrical connections, bringing down, dismantling, opening up, cleaning internally and externally, overhauling by replacing unserviceable items such as split pins, bearings, bushes, copper flexible cord, cotter pins and check nuts etc, lubrication with approved lubricants, reassembling including replacement of worn-out /defective parts and refixing for smooth functioning and connecting cable from ceiling rose to fan including testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per Ser item No.75 above here before but exhaust fan /wall mounting fan/Pedestal fan of sweep 230/300/375/450 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Notes for item No 75 & 76:- Replacement of unserviceable spare part required for servicing/overhaulingand rewinding of fans shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items after testing and commissioning vide relevent Item of this schedule.

S & F in replacement of louvers with suitable frame work and fixing arrangements, 3 aluminum flaps with powder-coated Tata CRCA steel frame, Weather & Pest Guard for exhaust fan of 250mm sweep complete including removing the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of aluminium frame and SS mesh Grade 304 mosquito net ivory colour with stopper and screws suitable for exhaust fan of any size all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking Down water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of any make of 25 / 50 ltr capacity after disconnecting the existing electrical connection, water pipes and reassembling in all respects after replacing unserviceable parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and refixing in the original place/position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply etc.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items below. However labour cost of replacement is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing concealed meter box with isolator made from minimum 2mm thick CRCA sheet, to accommodate 1No. Single phase energy meter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing concealed meter box with isolator made from minimum 2mm thick CRCA sheet, to accommodate 1No. Three phase energy meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting round holes suitable for fixing of exhaust fan any size and shape into through stone/brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 external / internal surfaces and finished to match with the existing surfaces complete including colour/white wash to the disturbed portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried 6cm dept in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including porcelain vitreous white seperators and fixing screws with brazing at each possible joint etc. as required 32X6mm GI strip all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&LEarth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 mtr long in single length by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation in hard/dense soil and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering and GI 40mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing pit display boards made out of 3mm thick MS sheet of size 30 x 35cm welded to 75cm long 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (with 20mm stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the letters on plate for showing the following details: 1. Measurement of earth resistance in presence of user, recording the values in Earth resistance test register, obtaining signature from user at locations and as per timelines prescibed by Engineer-incharge. Note: The necessary T&P shall be provided by the contractor to the person carrying out the job.
