Supply,loading , unloading at site ,Laying, stringing, tensioning & binding of ACSR 50mmsq (Rabbit) Conductor.

Supplying and fixing of MS Channel “V’ cross-arm (75 x 40x6mm) with MS Angle Pole Top Bracket (50x50x6 mm) including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole [email protected] kg each

Supplying and fixing of pole Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip(25x3 mm) to each LT pole

Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint as per Standards. This also includes numbering of ploes with paint, submission of Pre and Post Execution photographs duly anthenticated by AEE concrened.

Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of 11KV DO Fuse Set as per IS Standards

Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of 11KV LA Set Gap less as per IS Standards

Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of 11KV Pin Polymer Insulators with GI pins complete.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC Standards 0.5cum/pole

Providing & fixing of Thimbles Suitable for 63KVA DT as per standards

Providing & fixing of SL Clamp for 63KVA DT as per standards

Providing & fixing of LT Shackles Insulator with GI mukhi clamps including nuts & bolts

Supply, laying of 70 mmsq Single Core XLPE, FRLS unaroumed Cable

Supplying and fixing of 3 No. sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm, 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 mm for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for 2 transformer body earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth. (Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall have to be kept separate)

Providing, Fixing of nuts and bolts.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC Standards 0.45cum/pole

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LTDB for 63KVA DT with MCCB for incommer and SFU/MCB for outgoing circuit.
