1 1 SCOPE OF SUPPLY - TATA Tipper Bidder Specification

A The scope of the project is to Supply, and commission a TATA Tipper Signa 1923.K Truck under the specifications as follows:

B The scope of work under this specification also includes complete services for successful commissioning & performance testing at the site as well as training of BIAL’s operating and maintenance personnel. All necessary equipment, instruments, services, and labour as required for this purpose shall be under the scope of Bidder.

C Any additional material, parts & services which are not specifically mentioned here, but are required to make the equipment complete in every respect in accordance with the technical specification for safe, trouble free & efficient operation and guaranteed performance, shall be deemed to be included within the scope of this specification.

2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

A Body Type - Tipping body with rear door openable.

B Manufacturing Year: 2026

C Engine - BS VI, Tata Cummin

D Fuel type – Diesel

GVV – Minimum 18500kg.

E No. of Gears, Transmission - 5 speed MT forward & 1 Reverse

F Steering – Hydraulic Power Assisted, Tilt & Telescopic

G Braking system - Dual Circuit Full Air S' Cam Brake

H Seating-Minimum 02 Persons

I Colour – Cabin:- White, Tipping body :- Chrome yellow

J In addition to OEM floor carpet, the cabin floor shall be covered fully with vinyl flooring material and then with removable rubber mats.

K Display of vehicle rear portion while engaging vehicle reverse gear shall be mounted on the dashboard which is easily visible to the driver while reversing the vehicle.

2.2 COLOR SPECIFICATIONS

A Vehicle driver cabin white colour.

B White colour for Cabin

C Reflective stickers are to be provided on the TATA Tipper as per RTO norms.

2.4 REVERSVE CAMERA & BUZZER

A Reverse buzzer/horn: 01 nos of reverse horn with control switch in the driver cabin.

B Reverse Camera with Display: 12 V DC Current, Video System PAL / NTSC, Resolution 480, Aux exposure IR Leds, Angle 120°, Working voltage 12V, Working temperature -20°-+70°C, Waterproof IP67-IP68, Image mirror, Sensor CMD, Size 31x35x28 mm.

2.5 OBS Light (Low intensity flashing type obstacle lights)

A AARGEE Equipments Pvt Ltd make with 60-90 fpm-Amper-12v - LED light, 360 degrees of visual warning, Peak intensity (cd) 400max at 2.5 degrees vertical, Height minimum 04 inch, Poly-carbonate base with UV protection, direct mounting, cylindrical shape, flashing type, input power thru (minimum 10 feet uncoiled wire) ignition key, accessories point and separate ON/OFF switch on dash panel Should be all weatherproof ready for exterior mounting. The control switch should be provided inside the driver’s cabin and routed thru the ignition switch.

2.6 FIRE EXTINGUISHER

A 1 Kg-Store feather Type – meeting Multipurpose-BC Requirements to be provided with the vehicle and it should be clamped inside of the compartment.

B It should be a ""Made in India"" Product.

C Fire Extinguisher of 1000ml with bracket for clamping inside the vehicle.

E The serial no, manufacturing date and fire extinguisher bottle expiry date should be engraved on the extinguisher bottle.

F The next inspection due date should be mentioned on the bottle.

G It should be non-toxic, environment & ozone friendly.

H It should be Year 2026 manufacturing.

I The extinguishing media filling date & refilling date should be mentioned on each fire extinguisher.

J The fire extinguisher bracket should have provision for fixing it inside the vehicle.

K During the operation of the vehicle / Equipment, the bracket or the fire extinguisher should not be attributed to NVH concerns.

L The bracket should have ease of removing and placing back the fire extinguisher."

2.7 ELECTRICAL FITMENT

A Should be routed thru individual fuses.

B The control switch should be provided inside the driver’s cabin and routed thru the ignition switch

C All fuses should be placed in the accessories fuse box, fuse amps rating should be mentioned on each fuse identification plate.

D The fuse box location should be near to chassis electrical system fuse box.

2.8 WORKMANSHIP AND FINISH

A All parts of the appliance shall be of good workmanship and shall have a streamlined finish without sharp edges.

B Under chassis, it shall be coated with anti-corrosive treatment.

A Vehicle warranty of minimum 03 years or 300000Km.

4 3.1 REGISTRATION

A The Manufacturer / manufacturer shall complete all formalities for delivering and commissioning of the TATA TIPPER Truck at BIAL, which includes the transit, insurance, one year Comprehensive insurance with OD & TP coverage endorsed with IMT’s17,21,23,28 issued by “GO DIGIT” insurance company, valid with 0ne (01) year Road Tax and Devanahalli RTO registration etc. The Manufacturer should submit all the original documents at the time of successful commissioning.

A The successful tenderer should supply 01 sets of operation and maintenance manuals in English language.

B The successful tenderer should supply 01 sets of Electrical wiring diagram in English language.

C Along with the manual, a detailed spare parts list with part No. and cost shall also be submitted in English language

A The tenderer should send his technical person at his own cost to Bangalore International Airport Ltd. for training operational staff in the operation, Do’s & Don’ts of the machine for TWO days.

B The tenderer shall also train at least 03 persons of the purchaser to carry out routine maintenance and running repairs of the Repairs of the Equipment for TWO days.

C The entire training cost shall be included in the proposal.

7 6 PRE-DELIVERY INPECTION

A Pre- Delivery inspection Visit to be arranged by the Manufacturer to two technical staff members of BIAL -V&E team before dispatch of the equipment from the Factory. Dispatch of the vehicle will be on approval of onsite inspection.

B The performance tests shall be conducted before accepting the equipment. These shall be carried out at the tenderer’s works. All materials required for such tests shall be provided by the manufacturer till acceptance. The up and down travel cost for the inspecting official shall be met by the purchaser whereas the accommodation and local transportation shall be met by the Manufacturer.

C An inspection will be carried out by the purchaser before the vehicle is fully ready for delivery.

D The Manufacturer should intimate the readiness of inspection at least 03 weeks before to BIAL for arranging internal approvals and Ticket etc.

E Road tests to check performance, manoeuvrability, speed, and braking efficiency shall be carried out with vehicle fully laden.

A The tenderer should submit detailed technical write-up about the offered chassis, all technical data / parameters wrt BIAL – scope of Work in the XL sheet and PDF format.

B Bidders are required to respond with distinctive answers against each line item specifications, unless explicitly instructed to provide specific data. (Just 'Yes' & 'No' is not acceptable)

C Failure to answer correctly, or failure to respond, may deem your bid as non-responsive.

D All line items with a “NO” response and requires deviation, shall be explained in detail with supporting documents

E Failure to respond accurately or failing to provide a response could result in your bid being considered non-responsive.

F The declaration stated here will be regarded as legally obligatory for the bid evaluation.

G Details of various components/accessories of the system shall be furnished along with catalogues / leaflets etc.

H The tenderer should also submit a list of deviations, if any, of the offered system than specified in the tender document. Deviations if any should be clearly expalined with supporting docs.

I In case the offered system has advantages or superior points than specified in the technical document, the tenderer can list out such advantages. BIAL will be the final authority to consider or reject such deviations.
