Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 meters and lift up to 1.5 meters

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 metal sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including side shuttering, consolidation finishing and tamping complete

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete . Old work (One or more coats) (LE)

Painting road side wall marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on plastered surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete

Cement concrete block (machine molded) masonry in foundation and plinth in CM.1:6 with block of size 40x20x15cm./40x20x10cm

12 mm thick cement plaster in CM. 1:6 (1Cement: 6. M.Sand)

Clearing rubbish, coconut leaves and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of mooram, building rubbish /melba / similar unserviceable, dismantled / waste material by mechanical transportation including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10Km for all lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing Road reflector fixed with necessary screws and gum (LE)

Demolishingcementconcretemanually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Filling with local snad road side exceeding 20cm and watering lead up to 50 mtr and lift up to 1.50mtr including loading , transportation and unloading at site.

Re arranging of road side trench slab of size 50cm x 50 cmin proper position and fixed with CM 1:4

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Cold twisted bars (Labour rate)
