Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth ; for foundation etc . for laying of UG cables / pole etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for loose filling with 40 mm graded stone aggregates in plinths of out door transformer, sub stns, panel boards yard complete all as specified directed.

Material and Labour for loose filling with 20 mm graded stone aggregates in plinths of out door transformer, sub stns, panel boards yard complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type, B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary formwork, as in coping, pedestals etc., finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80mm dia light grade including all fittings complete laid in trenches/in floor, fixed on wall/ on pole for protection of cables all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50mm dia light grade including all fittings complete laid in trenches/in floor, fixed on wall/ on pole for protection of cables all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable end termination kit complete with jointing material and accessories, heat shrinkable, indoor type suitable for 11 KV, 50 to 95 sqmm XLPE, 3 core power cable with aluminium conductor including dismantling old cable end termination of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Rate inclusive of taking down the HT cable after necessary electrical disconnection, power shut down & removing the old unserviceable joints, preparation of cable for fixing new joint and refixing in orignal position etc.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, class LV, type-1, flat, size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm as per IS-5820: 1970, in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms, bracings, supports of MS channel or angle sections, clamps including bolts nuts etc from H.T pole 11 m size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling HT 11 KV, pin, post, disc type insulators including bolts, nuts and accessories all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any type/size all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of indoor type HT VCB, 350 MVA, 630A Panel comprising of following including taking down of existing un serviceable item all as specified and as directed. (a) 630 Amps continuous bus bar, the material shall be of high conductivity electrolytic copper. All bus bar shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve and joints shall be covered with shrouds/HT tapes. Phase identification shall be made at end by coloured tape. Bus bar shall be mounted on integral seal off bushings and all inter connections shall be electrolytic grade copper only with joints of tin/ silver plated. (b) Circuit breaker shall be mounted on a withdrawl truck with horizontal isolation and manual drawn out type, 12 kV, 3 pole, 630 A, 26.3 kA breaking capacity with ease

(g) 01 - No communication feeder protetction relay with over current, earth fault, Fault record, event record, Disturbance record on Modbus Protocol (h) Master trip relay - 01 No. (j) Trip Circuit supervision relay in built in main protection relay. (k) Anti pumping relay - 01 No (l) Air insulated rear and bottom entry cable box suitable for termination of 3 core, 95 sqmm, 11 KV, armoured XLPE cable. (m) Heater strip of suitable capacity for moisture removal. (n) Auxiliary supply voltage for the relay/closing coil/Trip coil will be 24V DC, the same shall be derived from the existing battery bank.

(o) Panel shall have the following additional features: (i) Detachable spring charging handle (ii) Manual spring charging, closing and tripping of the CB with compartment door closed (iii) Fault internal arc tested for 25kA for 1.0 sec (iv) Short time rating for 3 sec as per IEC 62271-100 (v) Mechanical endurance test-M2 (vi) Vacuum interrupter for VCB shall be short time rated for minimum 25kA for 100 nos of operations. (vii) Vertical mounted vacuum interrupter shall be provided. (viii) Bus bar, droppers and inter connections in VCB shall be of cross section as recommended by manufacturer. Note: (a) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of testing relays by secondary injection system at site after installation & before commissioning and submission of test reports.

Notes for the above Item No 23 to 26: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the following:- (a) Necessary earth work, PCC foundation work as per manufacturers recommendation for keeping RMU/VCB along with provision of cable entry at bottom. (b) Testing relays of VCB by secondary injection system at site after installation & before commissioning and submission of test reports. (c) Contractor shall visit the site of work to ascertain the actual position and condition of the equipment/system and quote the rate accordingly (d) Submission of drg of RMU /VCB of manufacturer for approval by Accepting Officer with in 45 days of date of commencement of work. In case of any delay in submission drg after 45 days of commencement of work, penalty @ Rs. 5000/- per week, max upto Rs. 15.000/- will be recovered from contractor's due for payment of bills. The decision of AO in case of Penalty is final and Binding .

Supply and fixing in repair street light timer panel 3 phase of maximum load 6KW with time switch, contactor rating 40A/TP,MCB rating 40A all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying , laying, Jointing, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured and PVC bedded, 11000 volts grade (heavy duty) suitable for 11 KV earthed system with aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 sqmm conforming to IS-7098 Part II laid in trenches, fixed to walls or passing through pipes, properly fixed and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work excavation will be measured seperately and paid under relevant items of this schedule (b) Rate is inclusive of making good the road cuttings with necessary PCC work.

Supplying , laying, Jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured and PVC bedded, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 120 sqmm conforming to IS-7098 Part I laid in trenches, fixed to walls or passing through pipes, properly fixed and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work excavation will be measured seperately and paid under relevant items of this schedule (b) Rate is inclusive of making good the road cuttings with necessary PCC work.

Taking down unserviceable/damaged LT UG cable of size upto 95 Sqmm XLPE from trenches/pole/wall etc after necessary electrical disconnection complete all as directed.

Provision of cutting bituminous road at a width not more than 30cm and a depth not exceeding 60 cm for laying of pipes on road crossing for cable protection and making good with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of Hardstanding/PCCpavings/wall to a width not more than 30cm and a depth not exceeding 60 cm for suitable for laying of DWC pipes for cable protection and making good with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS-14930 Part II for cable protection of size 50mm outer dia and 38mm inner dia including all acessories such as bend, end caps and couplers etc,, complete including taking down old DWC pipes all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Gemini/ Tele-rex ( or) equivalent make .

Shifting of existing outdoor type LT panel from the old foundation near P-106 to P-107 at golden palm enclave with the help of crane/ manual after carefully removing the electrical connections and removing the panel and re-errecting and including new foundation all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix cable route indicator providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm aggregate in precast for cable route indicator of size of 30cm wide x 60cm height, 10cm thick including two coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel (brown colour) paint over a coat of primer and letter engraved as "HT CABLE/HT JOINT" in white paint. Indicator should be grouted 45cm under ground and upper portion will be oval in shape, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
