Dismantling/removing of old roof treatment, of any type any thickness any pattern including dismantling of old brick tiles including screed bed, tar felt, waterproofing membrane etc and cleaning the surface of roof cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Demolition of concrete over RCC roof, if any below roof treatment, shall be measured seperately. Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions)

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing tarfelt, water proofing membrane, any type from roof including plaster/screed bed, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Demolition of concrete over RCC roof, if any below roof treatment, shall be measured seperately. Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions)

Demolition of plain cement concrete padding over roof of buildings and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions)

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. including removing from site and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description slab , facia, etc and in any position including cutting reinforced as required and disposal of rubbish outside AF land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC overhead tank of capacity 1000 ltr to 2000ltr including dismantling removing the debris to outside of MD/AF area and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately).

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work using Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 16 here-in-before including removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab laid to slope finished even and smooth, roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Walls by applying Wall Putty, cutting/rubbing to obtained a Smooth Surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint (Plain pattern) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roughening of old surfaces of RCC roofs by picking, wire brushing, sweeping clean for removing dust, dirt and layers of de-bonded screed/concrete over the surface etc and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 2.75 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying oil/solvent based bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (v) Sealing of all angles & abutments upstands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying oil/solvent based bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm and allowing to dry till tack free. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Providing a layer of 150 GSM non-woven geo textile of approved make and laid over the APP membrane and bonded to the water proofing membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane torch as per manufacturers recommendations. (v) Sealing of all angles & abutments upstands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & prtect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

M&L cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing , cleaning out , grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm thick brick tiles over roofs of buildings (upto 4 storey height), jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as "Supply only".

Fixing Only 40mm thick brick tiles over roofs of buildings (upto 4 storey height), jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) mixed with waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable Brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused. Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as "Supply only".

M&L Chipping unsound/weak Concrete Materials from Slabs, Beams, Columns, etc. with Manual Chisel and/or by Standard Power Driven percussion type chisel with due Care (without serious damage to the Slab) including tapering of all Edges, making Square Shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed Concrete Surfaces and Reinforcement with Wire Brushes, etc. and disposal of Debris for all lead and lifts average thickness 25mm including providing necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Qty to be executed upto double storey building.

M&L Cleaning rust from the Reinforcing Bars to give it a Total Rust Free Steel Surfaces by using Alkaline Chemical Rust Remover of approved make with Paint Brush and removing loose Particles after 24 Hours of its application with Wire Brush and thoroughly washing with Water and allowing it to dry for Reinforcing Bars upto 12mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Qty to be executed upto double storey quarter. Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment) Make: Cera Rust Remover/Fosroc Rebaklens RR / Mosil Lubricants / Sika Rustoff-100/ Axrust4 Rust Remover)

M&L for preparation of old existing corroded and new introduced reinforcement surface (at any storey/ height of building/ structure) by brush and application of two component epoxy based zinc rich primer, of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel as 1.50N/mm2, as a protective coating to steel reinforcement bars in concrete with total zinc content in dry film >90% by volume and DFT per coat >50 microns complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for Providing, Mixing & Applying Bonding Coat of approved Adhesive SBR Polymer @ 10% of Cement weight modified Cementitious Bond Coat @ 2.2 KILOGRAM CEMENT PER SQUARE METRE of surface area mixed with specified proportion of Approved Polymer on chipped portion of RCC, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Qty to be executed upto double storey quarter.

M&L Providing, Mixing & Applying SBR Polymer Modified Cement Mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1 Cement : 4 Graded Coarse Sand with Polymer minimum 2% by Weight of Cement used) 25mm average thickness in Two Layers, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :(i) Measurement & Payment : The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this Item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size Cube Crushing Strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm. (ii) Qty to be executed upto double storey quarter.

S&F 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.
