Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas exceeding 30cm and upto 1.5Mtr in depth 1.5 Mtr., in width as well as 10 Sqm., on plaan including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in. All kinds of soil.

Providingand laying stone soling/ boulders duly hand packed including ramming complete job.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal) boulder crushed.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal) crushed.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straighting, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, inc;luding cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing fixing of tile profile sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated jor L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filed with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and inclusing cutting to size and shape wherver required 0.50mm thick with zinc coating not less than 27.5 gm/m2

Back filling using of boulders of nominal size 150mm hand packed including ramming complete job.

Making plinth potection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of boulder layer 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and applying of water proofing liquid (katesilliconate/ other silicon comp compounds) on concrete surface in approved manner and praportion
