Loosening to a depth of 150mm, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment/ sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and including cost of all labour, T&P, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular material by providing Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wet mix macadum using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using grading-II materials with hot mix plant minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH Producing an avarage out put 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @4.5% of total mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using grading-II materials with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per clause 509 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th. Revision)etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
