Overload Protection: Fully loaded with overload protection. On overloading the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio display indication

Emergency lighting in car : Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car.

Intercom system : Battery operated intercom system in Lift Car, Machine Room & Control Room

Emergency Alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room

Fireman switch : Fireman switch at main landing terminal.

Voice Synthesizer : Voice announcement system (Voice Synthesizer) in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator.

Rates should be quoted with minor civil work ( i.e. chieseling inside the lift well , necessary pocket cutting , making hole on machine room floor etc. incl mending good the damages should be made by the respective agency.
