HT sheet steel plate along with 225 X 225 X 16mm base plate and having 1000mm long single arm bracket made up of 48mm dia, Bakelite sheet with single pole MCB & stud terminals (for mounting inside the base compartment of pole), Supply of 4 nos. M20 X 700mm long 'J' type foundation bolts (EN 8 grade). (Make: Bajaj/ Orient /Philips).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- all work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) - (Using cement SRPC).

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting wtih 120 watts with lens, IP 65/66, white colour with necessary over voltge, under voltage and surge protection with three years onsite warranty for replacement / rectification. (Make:- Philips / Havells / Crompton / Bajaj / LED GEO, The rate is inclusive of all taxes).

Supply and laying of HDPE plain pipe with ISI approved brands of size 50mm dia and 2.5mm thickness with silicon coating. The pipes are to be layed using C/U clamp arrrangements fixed with anchor fastner bolts on the reinforced concrete structure along the bridge suitable for laying of electrical cables. The cost includes the charges for materials. Cutting, bending, transport, labour and tools & Plants etc as required and shall include for any minor modification as required at site as per the diretion of the Engg.in charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with out charcoal/coke and salt) as required.

Supply and erection of GI Hot DIP Galvanised Tubular pole for the effective corrosion resitants with base plate , stiffner plate and four ornamental decorative brackets suitable for the bridges/streets/junctions. Specification-pole dimension 165.1 x 4.85 x 3000mm, 139.7x4.5x 2750mm, 114.3 x 3.65mm x 3250mm and bracket dimension 114.3mm x 3.65mmx 1000mm, 60.3 x 3.25 x1500mm,x4nos, base plate with stiffner plate of size 350mm x350mm x16mm.The pole painted with two coats epoxy primer and finished with one coat of polyurethane based metallic paint Grey/Green colour and inbuilt cable connection box,and overall height:10mts. The rate including excavation and refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 ratio of size 850x850x1500mm enclosing the foundation bolt and coping above the ground level of size 600x600x300mm. The specifications and design should got be approved by the engineer -in charge make: orient/bajaj.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of SMC Box (Make:Sintex) with metering and timer panel panel board for the power supply of over all size 850mm x 350mm x 250mm made out of glass wool with resin material. The front top portion have energy meter with viewing glass with 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom side compartments with 40 -63A rating, TPN MCB, “C Series, 10KA breaking capacity (Make – Siemens/ABB), 1no. of Timer switch (Daily) analog with battery backup to 200hrs. (Make – L&T – Hagger/ Legrand - Lexic), 1no. 60A power contactor (Make – C&S/ L&T), 1no. of toggle switch (Make – C&S). The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of PVC thick cold rolled for cable entry. The panel has to be mounted 75mm x 75mm x 6mm MS 'L angle on the floor with in the height of 600mm.Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 2.5sqmm /6.0/10.0sqmm ISI marked, FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable. (Make-Finolex / Polycab). The door should be of flush type inter locking in one position. The panel provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter.Earth work excavation of foundation trench of size 1.00m x 0.60m x 0.60m and filling river sand for a depth of 0.10m and P.C.C.of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : two course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm normal size) of size 1.00m x 0.60m x 1.00m. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the engineer – in – charge.
