Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 450 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required and comprising of following: One No. 63 A FP 36 KA MCCB with OC/SC/EF Protection as Incomer with CT Operated MFM (EM 6400 of Schneider/Equivalent Make) and Phase Indication LED Lamps as required. Design and Supply of LED flood light luminaire to meet Apron Flood Lighting Requirements as per Site Condition, made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and High Purity lens optics with Surface Mounted Device (SMD) LEDs having System efficacy of more than 120 lm/W and minimum Lumen Output of 42000 Lumen with hermitically sealed separate compartments for LEDs and driver suitable to operate in temperature range of 0ᴼ to 50ᴼ C and on 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC Supply and with Lighting Characteritics of CCT of 5665 ± 355 Kelvin, CRI not less than 70, provided with 4 KV internal Surge Protection and 10 KV external surge protection, IP 66 Ingress Protection complete with all accessories etc., and meeting the techno commercial specifications as required.

Supply and Installation of 2m x 2m MS Barricade made out of ISMB 150 channel around the high mast with 4 Nos. of ISMB 150 Channels mounting 750mm above ground level and 450mm below ground level for vertical support including excavation/dismantling of concrete / bitumen surface of required dia with core cutting machine, providing 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement concrete and disposal of the excavated soil/concrete/bitumin etc. including welding, painting with one coat of zinc chromate and two coats of polyurethane paint of colour red and white etc. complete as required as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismantling of existing LED Luminaires from the existing high masts of height not more than 17 meter, handing over to AAI stores etc., as required.
Dismantling of existing High Mast of Height not more than 17 Mtr including control panels and disconnection/dismantling of cable terminals from control panel at apron area, loading, unloading, shifting and handing over to AAI warehouse and demolishing of projected RCC existing foundation and leveling the same with PCC and disposal of material as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Demolishing cement concrete (PQC/PCC) by manually / mechanical means (Depth up-to 900 mm only) including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for the provision of Foundation of High Mast as required. (For Item No. 1-3)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) after foundation work up-to a depth of 300 mm from Apron Level including form work etc., as required. (For Item No. 1-3)
Fabrication & Supply of MS Rectangular Transformer Housing Box of size 750x330x300 mm, made out of 8mm thick MS sheet on four sides and bottom, 10mm thick MS sheet for top cover with 8 Nos. M-10 size threaded hole, 1 No. 25mm dia drain hole at the bottom and suitable holes to enable entry of 40/50/63/90mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and secondary leads, with rubber gaskets for top cover, two nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts etc. including painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black enamel paint finish etc. as required.
Installation of Rectangular Transformer Housing box of size 750x330x300 mm in runway/taxiway shoulder by cutting of bitumen/concrete area including providing 75mm thick cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 on all around and bottom of the transformer housing box with required slope to level of runway/taxiway all around the housing box with the bitumen surface and plastering of exposed surfacewith cement mortar 1:4 of thickness 12 mm over the concrete surface including painting top of MS box and lettering & numbering in a base of suitable colour with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of poly urethane paint etc. after installation complete as required.
* The Mast (In each Height) [with Light Fittings] shall be designed for withstanding the Wind Speed not less than 65 MPS. All Structural Dimensions (Thickness / Bottom Dia / Top Dia / Size of Base Flange etc.) given in BoQ are of Minimum Requirement only. The Mast and its Foundation shall be designed to suit the Wind Speed as specified above and the Design shall be vetted/approved by IIT/NIT. The Agency/Manufacture shall submit the Design Calculation of High Mast (In each Height) duly vetted by IIT/NIT to AAI.
