Disconnecting and taking out LT cable up to 25 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core from trenches/cable duct/through wall/pole carefully complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, sand, bricks cover will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 1 but for LT cable 35 to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No 1 but for LT cable 95 to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Disconnecting, dismantling aluminium conductor of any description from LT/HT overhead lines after unbinding from insulators and removal and deposited to MES store yard or taking over credit to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling GI earth wire from LT/HT OH line after unbinding from pole for re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular/PCC pole any size/ length, making good all disturbed surface to match with existing and removal to a distance exc 100m but not exc 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation with due care, setting aside LT feader pillar box any type any size with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, dismentling and taking down carefully GI strip of any size up to 32x6mm, seggregating unserviceable or serviceable parts incl removing from site or setting aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed. .

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from LT overhead lines, setting aside or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/taking out of cables, foundation of poles or stays, for re-routing of cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr.

Returning filling, in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of LT cable up to 25 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core in same or other indicated location and testing on completion including making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling/road to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR of LT OH line including securing with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including all disconnected cables, jumpers with proper binding complete all as specified and as directed.

Unbinding ACSR conductor any size from insulators of LT/HT over head line for repairs, re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag, re-binding to the insulators using new aluminium/GI binding wire and making all existing cable connections as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised steel earth wire of service feeder or distributor span of street light poles including binding with insulators using GI binding wire, jointing jumpers etc making connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Unbinding of GI earth wire of any size of LT/HT overhead lines, from insulators, re-stretching the GI earth wire to achieve proper sag, re-binding to the insulators using new aluminium/GI binding wire after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle iron etc from LT poles setting aside for re-use or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only the cross arms items with supports/ angle iron frame etc includiing nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates etc fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed, welding and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old/unserviceable stay assembly including Stay wire and insulator and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in Electrical Plate No 01 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, erection and installation of steel tubular swged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint through out, internally and externally up to planning depth, and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer, making/painting three Nos circular strips each of 30 cm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip with synthetic enamel paint, marking pole number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. Repair & maint of broken doors for LT panel and bus bars by welding, fixing of new hinges and other materials as required at site, making all connection as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water/electric supply installations/ inside the valve pit etc and surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground, removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and strictly all branches in one place complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches as cushion to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick when cables are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness i.e 18cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks (fly ash bricks) old size laid dry, flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation, filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 68 but bar of cap of bus bar 150 Amps, MCCB 100 Amps, 16 KA.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty cable 1100 Volts 10 Sqmm 2 core flat PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed for service connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty cable 1100 Volts 6 Sqmm 2 core flat PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed for service connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by mannually or trenchless technology using ultra sound technique for laying pipe/cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting existing cemented plateform of any size of LT panels/transformer with two coats of cement base paint, painting MS gate, XPM jalli/fencing all around the plateform with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning grass/mud in and around the earth pits after taking out earth pit cover, pouring of salt solution i.e salt and water ratio 1:5 (appx 15 ltr) to existing pit there after put on the existing pit cover on pit, restoring existing connection to the equipments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular pole up to 11 mtr long including cross arms without removing all accessories, preparation of old steel surfaces and painting the pole - (above coping) with 5 Nos circular strips each of 30 cm (of colour combination as directed) with synthetic enamel paint duly marked pole number in a 12 cm dia yellow circle, number writing with black synthetic paint. The remaining pole alongwith cross arms shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint, PCC coping of pole shall be painted with one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of PCC pole 9/11 mtr long including cross arms without removing accessories after preparation of surfaces, the pole shall be painted (above coping) with 5 Nos strips each of 30 cm (of colour combination as directed) with synthetic enamel paint duly marked pole number in a 12 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black synthetic paint. Colour washing the remaning pole and coping by using snowcem of approved colour including painting of cross arms by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2mm thick sizes 2m x 1m suitable for electrical shock dafety for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose confirming to I5652-2006, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet of size 20x15cm, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in singal red colour (as per sample), fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 83 above but for HT, of size 25x20cm.

Material and labour for construction of earth pit (excluding pit cover) as required at site and as per specification of Electrical plate No-03 of SSR part-1 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for construction of earth pit cover of size 450x450x75mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm crushed stone aggregate with lifting handle complete (as per sample) and placing on earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvanised iron strip size 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm depth/ fixed to wall with nut, bolt, saddles, insulators etc for loop earthing including welding of joints all as required at site including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed or directed.

M&L MCB single pole 240 volts 5 to 30 Amps with rupturing capacity 10KA using thimles of required size, complete all as specified and directed or directed.
